"Ordered a Flat White and received simply black coffee with Milk. Told the barista that this has nothing to do with flat white and he argued that this is how it is. Unfortunately tipped the guy when placed the order and got this service. I returned the coffee back to the counter and never was offered a refund. Would be ideal if a manager was available to address such bad service. Forgot to mention that the everything bagel was stale. Croissants were ok 7/10 rating"

I have a great experience every time I visit Thu Rhu! My favorite menu items are the cold brew and the veggie sausage patty : Both Amelia and Alex provide fantastic service, and I always leave looking forward to the next visit!

Great breakfast and amazing gluten free biscuits! Also the gluten free pastries are INSANE. I got a peach pop tart and it was the best thing I’ve ever had.
