"if you want a great breakfast, lunch or dinner, visit this! Since kovid many restaurants have increased the price, service and quality of food! well, their price has risen somewhat, just like all others. quality and service were not sacrificed! consistent good service, quality and price. we love to support family businesses and those we really enjoyed. now and then they want fried seafood and I'm never disappointed. hubby thinks it's the best boiled or sautéed scallops to find. always a special tasty bite! always has something different daily, apart from the seafood I cannot resist."

I had the seafood plate with flounder, scallops to garl, all fried batteries. it was fresh and delicious! the service was fast and cheerful. the prices were reasonable. note that they may have to wait when they make it a busy time, but it will be worth it

we visited myrtle beach on a weekend trip and stumbled on this wonderful restaurant only by chance. we ordered from the daily dinner menu and we were shocked both at the very cheap price and the amount of food we received (fast a little). we also had a good service. I would recommend this place, it was very good. we had to wait about 30 minutes, but that was good. they had chairs outside so we enjoyed the beautiful brise and read through the menu while we waited. we will definitely come back.

"This place is open all-night, unlike most all of the other breakfast joints that open at 6am and close at 2pm. When we arrived at 4am, Sat night/Sun morning, the entire restaurant was empty, except for a table of police officers taking a coffee break. Normally, an empty restaurant is taken by me as a sign to avoid the place, but at 4am, the choices were few. The décor is very nice, clean, typical of other such venues in the area. We both ordered steak & eggs. I also had biscuits and gravy on the side. The food was decent/average … except for the steak which we both thought was a tasteless sub-par cut of meat. Prices were fair, in line with other such venues are asking. Service was attentive, but being the only diners in the whole restaurant, it's not really a good measure of what to expect during normal hours. In the middle of the night, yes I would return, but I wouldn't order the steak again. During the morning hours, I would choose Southern Sunrise Pancake House instead. NOTE: Apparently the original Plantation Pancake House moved to 1003 Highway 17 North, Surfside Beach. This location, at 2001 Highway 17 North, North Myrtle Beach, is just across the street from Dino's House of Pancakes. My credit card receipt actually READS Dino's House of Pancakes, so I am guessing that Dino's bought this location when Plantation moved up the road."
