"While staying at the Sacajawea Hotel, we had dinner at Pompey's Grill and thoroughly enjoyed the evening. We ordered the beef tenderloin with prickly pear champagne demi-glase foie gras butter, asparagus, butternut squash and potatoes which was one of the two specials for the evening. Everything was perfectly cooked and the flavors were amazing. We hadn't left the room for dessert at that moment, so we took our coconut cream pie back to the room while letting dinner settle. The pie was absolutely delicious and has to be the best coconut cream pie that I've ever had. Looking forward to our next visit."
