"Buffet lunch had very limited options, sushi rice was dry and hard, definitely not fresh, server had her thumb in my soup as she served it to me, and miso soup was cold and tasteless. Special roll had mostly rice…price is high but quality and selection of food is low. Poor service too. Try all you can eat sushi at Wasabi in Saratoga Springs and you will never eat anywhere else."

I love This place. Whenever I want sushi or hibachi this is my go to restaurant. The staff is always friendly and attentive. The food is top quality and fresh. I also love all the one piece anime stuff around the restaurant.

Lots of fun on New Years Eve not real packed but the staff was super busy and less attentive than one would have thought based on occupancy at the time of our dining experience. The food was good Be sure to read the rules before committing to an All You Can Eat Menu
