Honestly, not good at all. This restaurant supports diet culture which causes a plethora of eating disorders. I understand wanting to create a restaurant for those who have food sensitivities, but there's not enough market for that. I believe it would be cheaper to make these at home, atleast the basic recipes, and it would be the same if not better.
