The only vegan/vegetarian protein option is Inari tofu, which is a mixture of roasted tofu with takuwan, edamame and simple tofu. The roasted tofu was marinated and very good! There is a vegan protein (inari tofu) and customizable combinations of vegetables, sauces and base, either in a bowl or burrito. Everyone will find something to eat, but the taste as a whole was just okay. But the Avocado Keiki Roll was amazing, so maybe the Burrito was just not my thing.
