"Excellent menu : carpaccio de chevreuil savoureux, juste légèrement trop de roquette qui étouffe un peu le goût du chevreuil Excellent filet de bœuf et très bonnes pommes de terre nouvelles sautées au romarin. Très bon tiramisu léger. Très bon vin rouge, assemblage de la région. Cadre sympathique. Service parfois trop rapide et parfois pas assez"

"J'avais repéré ce restaurant il y a déjà pas mal de temps, quand j'avais réservé un appartement à Gryon pour les vacances de Février, et je me réjouissait d'y aller, mais les conditions sanitaires et le semi-confinement en ont malheureusement décidé autrement.Mais tout n'était pas perdu, ils proposent des plats à emporter, et c'était vraiment parfait ! Tout d'abord, l'accueil. Le patron était en train de finir de cuisiner les plats quand je suis arrivé, et j'ai pu discuter un moment avec lui et la patronne, et ils sont tous les deux d'une très grande gentillesse. Ensuite la générosité. La cuisine est authentique, on sent qu'elle est cuisiné avec amour. Nous avons pris 5 plats différents, et tout était excellent. Et les portions gargantuesques, il vaut mieux avoir le ventre vide. Même avec un ado à l'appétit d'ogre nous n'avons pas réussi à tout finir et avons eu des restes pour le lendemain.J'espère vraiment avoir l'occasion d'y revenir quand les restaurants seront ouverts de nouveau !"

"A most amazing experience. The chef creates dishes with unusual combinations of tastes and textures that go so well together it is likely you will have a culinary epiphany; you may be at a loss for words as you sit across your dining partner trying to describe what you just sensed. She is a very creative and daring chef; but dapper too with a fine aesthetic expression,. The aged beef entrecote was better than many Wagyus I have tasted. The staff are attentive, helpful, and very efficient. The ambiance was warm with a décor that is different and distinctive; not pompous but modern and elegant. Well with the visit and very deserving of a Michelin star."

"A home, a restaurant that satisfies us in a dream setting! The service is very friendly. Smiles are there in a relaxed atmosphere of regulars. The menu is interesting and the dishes taste wonderful (carbonara, daily menu, pizza, burger). They also offer a beer from a St-Maurice brewer, which is so good! The only downside is the door which slams because the customers don't know how to use a handle! For the majority!"
