Terrible service,stale bread,gross waitress was clueless kept bring us stuff we diddnt order 3 people in the place they were processing the customers like the place was packed!! Nothing like 11th st.

Terrible customer service and rude staff. They mess up your order and then ask “well what do you want me to do about it?” And then try to call you a liar and gaslight you saying they didn’t get your order wrong but it was your mistake. Will never order from Villa di roma again.
