"Perhaps it was because we transitioned from the breakfast to the lunch menu right in front of the kitchen, but something about our omelet seemed off. It was rubbery and the taste was strange, not like the usual Western/Denver omelets that I have had before. It had what seemed like cheap lunch meat ham in it, adding to the unpleasant texture. The service was decent, although our server was likely busy with the front of house duties, so we did not get any refills on our coffee. Overall, the experience was not great and we will now use it as a benchmark for other omelets in the future."
