the bourbon mac was tasty, lived in the south since a dam, the chickens and waffeln were well flavored, but the waffels could be a little refined to keep their shape more and not fall under the chicken breast. full impression was fantastic!

We really enjoyed our first visit! The ambience was nice, the cocktails delicious and the service was great. We had the sour, an old fashioned and the nor’easter. For food we had the flatbread, the salmon special and the bourbon Mac ‘n cheese which was great. Loved the topping of the flatbread but the flatbread itself not so much. The salmon was okay. I’m really excited for Bennington to have this gem and wish the owners only the best. We’ll be back! Make reservations, this place is small and popular!!!
