"My son and I were hanging out and I decided i needed to get us a bite to eat. We pulled into the parking lot and I didn 't even see Vinni 's, I was eyeing another place. My son insisted we try this place out, saying he wants to try a Calzone. I love that my son has an opinion and of course told my son yes we can eat here... but I really wasn 't in the mood for Italian food. We walk in and a quiet gentleman takes our order, he was nice and appeared to be the only one there. I ordered the Calzone and my son changed up and ordered a kids Spaghetti and Meatballs. This is amusing because the reason we went here was for the Calzone, but he said "I want Spaghetti, I 'll just try some of your Calzo...

If you love pizza you love Vinnys because he's an artist he knows how to cook the perfect pie and if you want the perfect pie you gotta try Vinnys because there's nobody else who cooks in Collin county.

We had a late dinner (nearly 9:00) on a Friday night; the dining room was full and the staff appeared worn-out from a busy night. While we were immediately seated it took some time before our server arrived and offered us menus. The menu offers all the basics plus some nice specialties; good wine selection. Service was very slow; our server spent a good amount of time chatting with the bartender in the corner. We clearly caught them at a bad time; will visit again with the hope of a better experience. NOTE: this is a small venue; it gets VERY LOUD when fully occupied.

"If you first notice in you that this is not your run of the mill Tex-Mex restaurant. It is very tastefully decorated. It has a very chic and modern decor that distinguishes it from your other places. It is also to be noted, it is not Tex-Mex as well. It's El Salvadorian. When we arrived on a sunny Sunday afternoon, it was busy, but they were not waiting. We were greeted by a friendly hostess. She asked if we prefer inside or in the courtyard. Of course we wanted to take advantage of the beautiful day and decided for the terrace. The terrace is immense. It is easily one of the largest in Fairview. It overlooks a fountain where children walk and play in and also the community gardens of the nearby apartment complex. It is such a beautiful place to spend some time and unwind before you return to work the next day. They bring a basket of crunchy tortilla chips, zesty wicy salsa, and black bean dip. We drove all the basket up and I didn't feel guilty because they were so good. You have $1 mimosas. Do you say... 1 mimosa? They are refreshing during a Sunday brunch. The brunch menu is great. It has all my favorites huevos rancheros, Chilaquiles and Sopes. I chose the chickenpee. It is two handmade corn tortillas with pinto beans, shredded chicken with salad, guacamole, sour cream and queso fresco. I asked for a page of Jalapeños. It was amazing. The Hubby had the Mexican breakfast Burrito. It is filled with rosemary flakes, scrambled eggs, cheddar and bacon. It is served with pint beans and mixed fruits. He was in heaven! Our server was very attentive and checked us several times during our meals. The front of the house manager even came by and asked how food was. This is first-class service. This is a fantastic brunch spot it is relaxing, good food and a fantastic way to finish your weekend. On the way out, I noticed that they have a really big bar area. I think it just expanded. It would be fun to go on Friday or Saturday night."
