Keine Begrüssung beim Eintreffen. Wir hatten ein Superior Doppelzimmer für 4 Personen gebucht. Bereit war ein Doppelzimmer für 2 Personen. Nach 45 min Wartezeit in Skibekleidung war im Doppelzimmer ein Zusatzbett aufgestellt wir waren immer noch zu Viert! . Wieder mussten wir 15 min warten, schliesslich kam die Chefin? und zeigte uns ein älteres Einzelzimmer das wir noch zusätzlich haben konnten. Von superior weit entfernt!!!
