"my experience with this location is consistently bad. the service takes in forever with no one; eating is cold; order is almost always wrong; and about 95% of the employees could not take care of their job or offer a decent customer service. I went to this location several times during the online business hours, but no one is there work/record orders. . I only sat and waited on the trip thru around 6:35 o'clock (they open at 6:30 o'clock.) no one has said or offered to take my order. affordable decent eating. both taco salad and southwest salads were good. the place was clean amd not many people there for a Sunday. they think this place is great for inflation certain people. they get a lot to a low price.

One car in Drive through and myself in the lobby. The burger which was the wrong order anyway, looked like it had sat on the grill and was nasty and luke warm. The chicken patty was the same. Dirty Smelly restaurant. I'm sure Maddie who is over the store doesn't care. Alex Hayes the manager doesn't care. AVOID Wendy's at all costs!!!!! Look at the quality that they put effort into getting all wrong!. This is for the Westridge location. Any manager who can refund you credit card charge in cash, is probably stealing!!!!!
