"they have repeatedly grounded my orders for months. still frozen pommes, missing sandwiches, false sandwiches, missing sauces. they need sandwich ID stickers and at least two people for the lobby. one only to fix confused ordering and the other to take care of customers. I stood in line for twenty minutes to repair an order and watched a dame waiting for her huh combo to get another fifteen minutes about my order to get it. they get their act together."

the wendy is here in bucyrus. food quality has little to problems, and the personal is quite polite and happy to correct problems with small things like missing sauces or any special-order sandwiches (which is understandably happening occasionally) would recommend as a more convenient place to have a nice lunch.
