"I usually have a great experience at the Chick-fil-A in Texas City, but today I was quite disappointed. I placed my order through the app and arrived in the drive-thru line at 10:28 AM. I waited for 8 minutes before I reached the speaker box, and just as I was about to place my order, a young man switched the menu from breakfast to lunch. The employee at the speaker then informed me that I could no longer order breakfast because they didn't have the ingredients available. It’s hard to believe that in just those 8 minutes and with a simple menu change, they ran out of breakfast items. I thought Chick-fil-A prided itself on customer service and satisfaction. Unfortunately, they let me down and I ended up going to McDonald's, where I had a much better experience."
