"The staff here are generally very pleasant and always maintain a positive attitude! However, I've noticed that the women tend to have a bit of an attitude issue. It would be nice if they could at least pretend to enjoy their jobs. I understand times are challenging, but a little kindness and a smile go a long way. I almost decided to leave because when I asked for a new cup, one of the women scowled at me. I kindly made my request, so it was disheartening to receive that response. I'm particularly cautious about cleanliness since I've had COVID three times this year, so I'm just trying to take care of myself."

We arrived at 1:30 with 40 people from a church youth lock-out. They made 40 shakes, and took numerous other orders. It was such a smooth process, and everyone had a great time!

It does take awhile for the food, due to them being understaffed but i get fast food is tough. The food is always good and fresh and the guy at the window is there almost every time i go and is so sweet and respectful. If you?re impatient this whataburgeris not for you but they always serve very yummy food and is worth the wait. :

I was required to use the order board, but then they took orders from people behind me in line. I requested tomatoes on my burger, and the order board confirmed that I had added them. I double-checked and was told that tomatoes come standard on a Whataburger. Of course, when I got home, there were no tomatoes. The burger was cold and tasteless—definitely the worst burger I've ever had. Do better, Whataburger; you're losing a loyal customer of 60 years. Mr. Dobson would be rolling in his grave. This is what happens when you sell out to Californians. Yuck.

They make a quality product and give great service and I know this which is why I go there?tonight, the product was not up to the standard I expect from them and I told them how I felt. They made it right and made my night and that is how a dining experience should be. It can?t be perfect every time no matter how hard you try, but how you handle those moments speaks volumes and what they spoke to me this evening is that they care, and it showed. "We tried something new and enjoyed the delicious food and friendly service at this restaurant. I ordered the chicken fried ribeye and my husband had the chicken diablo. Our meal was served in a dine-in setting for dinner, with prices ranging from $10 to $20 per person. The food was rated a 4, service a 5, and the atmosphere a 5. We recommend trying the Chicken Fried Ribeye with Peppered Gravy, Mashed Potatoes, and Farm Fresh Vegetables, as well as the Chips and Salsa."

"I am not sure what to say. This place was amazing, I am not sure what happened. I used to come here everyday but I can promise that I will ever come again. I came in this morning and got a bowl with chicken shawarma, and a medium side of fries. That was a mistake. The fries are sooo soggy, the garlic sauce has way to much garlic, Workers are rude! There is this young man who goes in to a room in the back and when he comes out he goes talks to the workers for a little bit, and in fact he did more then talked. He was yelling at one of the employees. Last time I came to this place was in January. There was the very nice guy he was a little older in age. He was so nice and he wanted everything perfect. I noticed that he would teach the workers through his son. I'm guessing he did that so the workers don't feel targeted and that was a fantastic strategy. He reminded me of my grandfather. My advise to bring this restaurant back is bring back the amazing atmosphere. Bring back the original manager, Bring back the original food, and lastly make an atmosphere that the workers want to work in not get yelled at."
