"wait almost an hour got home my food was extremely cold I also found a hair in my fries and my order was wrong after I repeated it 3x then I called and spoke to manager Robert and he told me to bring the food back but I wasn't going to drive back there for one meal my husband was eating his burger already and I always go to this whataburger my foods always fresh but for some reason today it's cold old incorrect and the manager was unprofessional!!! wasted money wen I could've gone to a diff whataburger. so disappointed.. I would like to speak to the general manager"

The food was great, but you need to check your order before you leave. It could save you a trip back. Putting prices on the menu would also help.

I can't believe the craziness that a person has to go through to simply get an order that was wrong and delivered to my house and then when I do call and get hung up only an employee, reach out to customer service twice then finally call the store #12 then main management tells you sorrybut that was 2 days ago soo we can't help you.
