"Good food bad service. I have always loved the Chicken Cacciatore here, and the steak salad with roasted potatoes. Also their lasagne is very good. But the service has always been disappointing, and given the other reports of rudeness by the staff, that's enough to keep me from going back again."

The decor is tacky knickknacks. The service sometimes slow. But the staff are friendly, the coffee hot, and that omelette with the hot sausage (I always forget its name) keeps me coming back.

The eggs Benedict is amazing. I had them two days in a row. The Hollandaise sauce about it is excellent. Potatoes are well seasoned and a very filling side made for food. The coffee is not great, which is the only reason for the 4.5 instead of 5 stars.
