"I 've been to this location a handful of times never had an issue until today. I order a chicken Philly regular and when I got home with the order it was super wet. Mind you I live off morningside Blvd so it takes me less than five mins to get home. I called to speak to a manager to see if it can be remade however she was laughing and asked what 's the problem I don 't know I found that very rude and when I asked her why she was laughing she said I 'm just one of those people and I 'm the owner (whatever that means I 'm not sure if this is a franchise but that was horrible costumer service. I’m honestly stunned. Ordered a bowlwich (so removed bread altogether and just ingredients in a bowl) and that price adds almost $2. Then we get the bowlwhich and this is all that is it in. Almost $11 for this. A complete rip off.
