"If I could give 0 stars I would. Went to this White Castle 4 days ahead of time to order a Crave Case plus 3 double white castles for pickup at 10am on Friday. Went in to pickup and there was nothing! They had to go to the office to find the order. A half hour later I was out the door. On arrival discovered that I had 3 cheeseburgers instead of what I ordered. I will never go there again!!! Floors slippery, tables greasy…sanitation is disgusting. Beware…"

It's White Castle, what can I say. I almost always get the jalepeno cheeseburger. Fries are usually good. But there was a time frame when they did not cook them enough.

This is the worst white castle i have ever been too, they charge you for a shake then tell you oh we don't have shakes available right now and I didn't get a refund for it then I got no straws for my drinks or sauces. I recommend that nobody should get food here terrible service and they rip you off!!

"This restaurant is a fantastic option for vegetarians! The chef, Jeed, was incredibly helpful and attentive when she found out I don't eat meat. She made sure my vegetable Pad Siew was prepared without egg and also checked the ingredients in the other dishes I ordered to ensure they were suitable for me. Jeed is not only a talented chef but also a kind and thoughtful person. I usually try not to be a bother when ordering vegetarian food, so I was extremely grateful for the extra care she took. It's rare for a restaurant to be so accommodating, let alone for a chef to go out of their way to ensure my satisfaction. I have never experienced such exceptional service before! The food was delicious and the customer service was outstanding. I am now a very happy new customer and will definitely be returning. Jeed made sure that my dietary restrictions were taken into consideration and asked detailed questions to ensure that my food was prepared properly. She even confirmed my preferences for all the dishes I ordered. Her attention to detail went above and beyond my expectations! I highly recommend this restaurant for vegetarians. "Googled local BBQ and was not disappointed. The people behind the counter were super helpful, although I have repeatedly apologized nervously to be indecision. The food we took. I ordered a sample plate for my husband and I and smoked chicken wings for our son. There were no remains. The corn cake was delicious. The meat was great. The pickles? From the eyes. The Mac and the Cheese?? OMG. So good. Everything was freshly prepared. Service was great. We will definitely come back."

"I ordered delivery so I can't really talk about service or location, but the food was really good. I ordered the White Sox roll and it was on the best sushi rolls I had in the tub. All we have ordered was also delicious from the train ramen, the blueberry cheese cake, sushi board, shrimp Swairi-Pops and Gyoza. I look forward to reviewing the place personally."

"Usually I stay away from local businesses in Romeoville because the foods over priced and mid. But this place is awesome. The foods been consistently good, fast service, the restaurant is cozy to be in and the prices are bussin. Will definitely keep coming back. The Italian beef and Chicago style hot dogs are great."
