"Googled local BBQ and was not disappointed. The people behind the counter were super helpful, although I have repeatedly apologized nervously to be indecision. The food we took. I ordered a sample plate for my husband and I and smoked chicken wings for our son. There were no remains. The corn cake was delicious. The meat was great. The pickles? From the eyes. The Mac and the Cheese?? OMG. So good. Everything was freshly prepared. Service was great. We will definitely come back."

Everything was perfect! In my opinion, the rib tips, chicken wings, Mac and cheese and the monster beans are dying. Good portions too. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. The staff was polite and my order was ready in 15 minutes. Great job Doc Watson!

All sides and the burnt ends were delicious. The staff is always friendly. I will say I ordered the brisket two days in a row (Saturday, February 5th and Sunday, February 6th) and the first day was delicious, but on the second day it was thicker and the wrong direction to eat hard. We got both sauces on the side and they were also delicious. Great restaurant. I would recommend it.
