"We went to White Castles in Cottleville for Valentine's Day. Our reservation was for 7:45. We waited for the podium at least 10 minutes before someone led us to a table. There were another 15-20 minutes before we could pick up our drinks order. After our dinner orders were taken, we were brought out the wrong food and was told to cook old tickets. While we were waiting for the right food, the waiter came by and asked if we had already eaten. We never got our right order. Then we waited for the right order. We had 630 appointments. I was on time. He waited for our food for over 30 minutes, while others who arrived after us are fast food. When our food arrived, it was warm and the order was wrong. I had to get my own codes after I asked for them twice. Then when I paid, I was changed. Go to other places for Valentine's and never experienced this. It was so unorganized. Very disappointed..

My wife and I have been doing White Castle for Valentine's day for almost 29 years. At dinner on our last visit we remembered how we started with free coffee cups and then next year we have coasters and now you only get the meal. We are in several white castles over the years as we have moved four times, but the fun of the event is still there and everyone we tell about it is amazed that there is a white castle that does. We hope White Castle will maintain this as we enjoy the event and look forward to the next Valentine's Day. Thanks to Clifford R Speiran
