"I am disappointed to give Chick-fil-A only one star, and that star is for the associate at the cash register. I am not sure of his name because my receipt said the register was for "Katerina", but she was acting as the manager at the time. She seemed uninterested, slow, and bothered, but maybe she is not a morning person or was tired. However, time and accuracy seem to be lacking in this Chick-fil-A's culture. I have been here a few times and most likely will not return in the future, which is unfortunate because I enjoy maintaining my signature status each year. Let's talk about timing. This cannot be blamed on a shortage of staff because each time I have visited there have been more than enough associates working.
When I decided to go into the store due to being stuck in the drive-thru line, it was 10:31 and they were already taking lunch orders. I was unable to order breakfast due to the slow team. The response I received was not satisfactory.
I have been a member of Chick-fil-A for over 10 years, and this type of situation has never happened before. This was by far the worst experience I have had at a Chick-fil-A. I am starting to think this may be a Midwest thing because no one ever encountered this issue in Texas."
