"We have been going to Wood’s Ice Cream in Whitehaven for 18 years and have never had a bad experience, until now. The medium soft ice cream was served in a medium cup but the cup was half full and when I asked if that was a medium, the server said their servings have gotten smaller. Then my wife got a medium cone of hard ice cream and the amount of ice cream on the cone was less than what would be expected for a kid’s cone. When she complained the server said they were busy. As if they did not want to run out of ice cream. This used to be a go-to-place for us in the Poconos but not anymore. Don’t know what happened but ridiculously small servings for $7.10 aren’t going to cut it even though...
