This is not my favorite sushi place, but I order sushi from time to time.So the reason for posting this review is that today I ordered Chirashi don for 35$ and it was a total rip off huge bowl with sushi rice at the bottom and 12 paper thin slices of fish 2 small shrimps and one crab stick. I bet there were 2 oz of fish in total with total cost of 5$.Please be aware when ordering sushi as you don't really know what you are getting when you order.The other non sushi dishes my family had were fine and big portions. I don't like leaving negative reviews, but our visit to XenGo was the worst Asian restaurant experience I've had. The server was not friendly or knowledgeable about the menu. The food was expensive, extremely bland, and came in small portions. The greatest offense had to be the hibachi chicken, which was just a small pile of blandly cooked chicken with bowls of steamed vegetables and flavorless rice on the side. Any cheap Chinese takeout restaurant would be better than this place for half the price.

I've been to Xengo three times now, and every single time I've went I have had an amazing experience. I've never written a review for a restaurant before, but this one is too good not to.The servers are very nice. Everyone that works here is very sweet and helpful as well.The food is delicious, and it comes out quick too (5-10 minutes). I really love the crab roll that they make, it tastes so amazing. The chefs here are very good at what they do, and I always make sure to leave them a tip for their amazing work.The atmosphere is very nice as well.
