"My first time here... The cashier took my order messing up by charging me for meals instead of sandwiches. Then after correcting the order and waiting 4 minutes, she comes over and tells me she typed in a wrong sandwich, then tells me those in the kitchen made the right sandwich anyway.... Hands me a bag of food. I don 't trust her, so I look in the bag and it 's someone else 's order. Instead of an apology, when I said something about it. I got where did you get that from? I said you gave it to me. After 2 minutes of looking stupid, she then realizes my order is sitting in front of her, bagged up. The food tasted good... Not likely I 'll ever come back and I 've already told others of this...

They should close this store down.. The service is poor.. They staff is slow.. Orders are never accurate and they love to give out old cold food.. I have decided to never purchase at this location again.. you can ask for fresh order they will give you fresh meat cold fries.. Cook to order means everything..

No stars if I could. Zaxby's used to be THE place. Tonight, that was the most pathetic establishment I've ever experienced. Trash all over the floor. No lids for drinks. No ice in EITHER machine. 30 minutes to wait for one order, just one meal. And 10 of that was spent waiting for the child running the registry to give me my order, after she called me up to the counter for it. Literally called me then set the food on the back counter and proceeded to take two other people's orders. Rant over. I just wont be back.

I love this place during the day. It's easy my favorite Zaxby in Gainesville. But the night shift suck people. My food was all the dried remains of the day – perhaps warmed up. And her professionalism was terrible. I don't expect much professionalism from fast food staff, but these people were above the top. They're kidding about a lot, this one girl screamed to the others about doing everything herself, and they fell the f bomb so often - all right in front of me, a paying customer. It was so bad that I have no desire to come back at night, but I still love going during the day.
