"At the entrance there is a hint that one should wait there for his table assignment, there one waits for quite a long time until a Mitarebiter comes and there were always snakes. It was good to have the reservation confirmation, because it was not found by the staff. Beverages were only brought to demand for 20 minutes, then we waited 90 minutes after we asked for 70 minutes. The sanitary facilities are in such a state that the trade supervision and also the hotel and the Gastättenverband would be interested in this. The vast majority of service staff is very striving, but there were also employees for which they serve under their dignity, the dishes were dismissed wordless, and left as soon as possible by turning the guest. Overall, there seems to be too little and poorly coordinated staff. And it seems that no value has been placed on the vote with each other even when such a thing has been done. Not only for the customer an unsightly situation as well as for the employees. In addition, guests were sent away on the grounds that they were not reserved, although at that time and also 120min. later at least 3 tables were free. Too bad, the good food offer, unfortunately, enters something into the HIntergrund and if you like me invited guests, you are already trying to be ashamed of yourself."

"Everytime I stay in Moenchengladback with my German Host Parents I ask them to take me to this Restaurant. The Food is just great. I dont eat regularly turkish Food but wont miss ever the opportunity in this Restaurant. They also have a place where...they sell spices and wine. Highly recommended! Regards, Rick Trelles"

"Immer wieder sehr gut und immer wieder gerne dort !Die Tapas und Dips sind herausragend und alles ist immer super frisch zubereitet !Deshalb dauert es auch ein wenig länger, aber das ist ja selbsterklärend, wenn man nichts Vorgertigtes bekommt !Der Service immer sehr authentisch, fröhlich, fix und gut gelaunt !"
