"Came in and was up front for 4 minutes before someone came up. I did try to get their attention but nobody would assist. Not very professional. Owner/manager was extremely rude as well, he left the order on the scales, threw his hand up and walked away. The female employee he was training was kind but this is clearly not a family friendly establishment"

the owner made me extremely uncomfortable during our conversation and was very unsanitary. they do not pay attention to allergies either.

Guy who was up front was kind of creepy and barely wore gloves. He also kept asking me and my friend very strange questions while we were cashing out. Place didn’t seem very sanitary when handling some of the toppings and so on. Didn’t feel comfortable eating my frozen yogurt and no one should since they seem very unsanitary.
