"I would not recommend making a late reservation at this restaurant if you are going to be rushed during your entire meal. Our waitress, who I believe was named Madeline, informed us that we needed to order all of our food, including desserts, within 10 minutes because the kitchen was closing. She was not attentive or pleasant, and we had to ask for napkins, chopsticks, soy sauce, drinks, and everything else we needed. Once we placed our order, she disappeared for the rest of the evening and seemed annoyed that we were there. The bus boy ended up taking care of us and was very nice. the first time to zuma and it was amazing to eat and the atmosphere were really unforgettable. the service was ok because we had a change of the server, but the hand out was not done well and there was a big gap in no contact from everyone. we had no idea what's going on and no one to ask. but at the end there were the food and the environment as the most unforgettable experiences.

when we first arrived, the hostess in the second floor was somewhat rude and let us wait 30 minutes for a table, even though we had made a reservation. we had to complain about the waiting period and another host had set us. the waiter was also not very attentive and patient. the music in the second floor was so high that it was like we were in a nightclub instead of in a restaurant. eating was very good.
