"Excellent late day/early evening hangout, not super busy or empty. Beer selection isn't vast, but what they have is a solid line up. Tables are fast and the felt is great. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Will be back to try the food. Literally the only issue I had, which everything else made up for, is the $2 a rack for the pool tables. With the only other place in town with tables and food closing (Cork and Bull), 9' tables or just a lower price would draw players, and players like to drink. XD Will definitely be returning, for tables, good beer, and friendly staff"

"While in Aiken due to the Master's we discovered this gem of a restaurant. It is small possibly 8 or 10 tables but we enjoyed the best meal we have had in a very long time. Coming from NY and living on Hilton Head for a long time we are used to good restaurants. Solo Vino was fabulous. Their clear love of good food and wine were evident. Our meal was expertly prepared and the sommelier matched wines to our meal. Service was good as well. This restaurant may encourage us to return to Aiken more often ."

"I have had a 5-star review posted for over a year, but my recent experiences have been disappointing. This location has been declining in quality lately. Initially, there were delays in preparing the taco salad bowls. Now, they are often available but burnt from old grease. The lettuce was also poorly chopped, almost inedible. On my last two visits, they were out of spicy chicken and today they only had tofu and pork at 1:30, which is still lunchtime. I want to support this place, but the food quality is impacting my stomach. The staff is always polite, although one server was a bit stingy with portions today. Please address these issues so I can enjoy this restaurant again. Thank you for your attention."

"We have been to the Mellow Mushroom several times since it opened Downtown. The food has always been good, especially the Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Tomato Caprese and the pretzels with beer cheese dip. The prices are good. The atmosphere is funky. One of the more interesting places to eat in Aiken to eat."

"I recently tried the Texas Loaded Fries at this restaurant and they were the best fries I have ever tasted! The entire plate was incredible and the Wings were also amazing. The food looked exactly like the pictures and my call-in order was ready in no time. Everything was cooked fresh and was absolutely delicious. We will definitely be coming back for more!"

"We've eaten at di Napoli's 5 or 6 times, always having pizza. I really like their style of cooking and enjoy the thin crusts. Today I had a large Americano with onions and double pepperoni. As always, it was delicious! My beautiful wife had a small Americano with onions, pepperoni and double cheese. She found her pizza just ok, which worked out well because after I polished off mine I got to finish eating her pizza."

"Evenings At the Red Pepper. I've eaten here quite a bit and I like it. The food is ok with the occasional dish being exceptional. I really haven't found any restaurants in Aiken to rave about. The Pepper has a friendly atmosphere and the staff is pleasant. The music is pretty good for a small town environment. A nice place, little pricey but it fills up with people."

"I have NEVER received food from a fast food restaurant that looked as good or even better than the picture on the menu. The one on Richland Ave in Aiken, SC absolutely exceeded my expectations! They clearly take pride in their work, and it shows. The portions were generous and the presentation was beautiful—truly worthy of a photo (and yes, I took one)! This food was so delicious that it deserved to be served on a plate instead of wrapped up."

"I dine at this restaurant 2-3 times a month and the staff is consistently friendly and attentive. I highly recommend sitting in Winston's section if he is working, as he is the best server there. Winston pays great attention to detail, is very friendly, and always ensures everything is to your liking without making you feel like a burden. He provides excellent service that makes you feel like a VIP. Additionally, the food is consistently delicious and the atmosphere is always positive and inviting. Negative experiences are rare here, so if you have had one, I suggest giving it another chance."

But this time they were the size of nuggets. I have posted the photo and these 15 'boneless wings the size of nuggets cost me $33. I am sharing so you also don 't get such an overcharge for so little."

"Used to be one of my favorite spots, but now every time I visit the price increases. The food is still tasty, and I always try to support local, but instead of visiting twice a week I now go about once every few months. I can't justify spending $12 on 1 burrito and a small cup of soup, which doesn't even include chips and salsa (FREE at most Mexican restaurants! . That's not even including server tip. I used to gladly pay for chips and guacamole, but now at $7.50 that's just gouging."

"The food was so delicious, full of flavor, and beautiful. The staff was kind and attentive. Atmosphere was wonderful and simplistic. We live out of town and had gone to that area for an event so we didn 't know restaurants around there. Google maps gave me El Borikuazo as a restaurant near me and we decided to give it a try. We were so glad we did! We got cubed plantain appetizer that has mamposteo rice with it, Soursop juice to drink, entrees were Land Sea (skirt steak/passion fruit BBQ glazed shrimp/fried sweet plantains/salad), Chicken El Borikuazo (chicken/sauce/Shrimp/salad/Mamposteo rice), and El Borikuazo sandwich with fries. We all shared bites and couldn 't pick a favorite because each was amazing for different reasons!"

"We visited Aiken for a friendâs baby shower. We stayed at the Rose Hill, which had excellent accommodations. A short walk through the courtyard there took us to the Stables restaurant. We spent dinner enjoying live beach music, delicious drinks, and a diverse menu. Other guests enjoyed dancing during the evening. I love the braised short ribs, but the chicken was especially well prepared. At the conclusion of our meal, we had an opportunity to discuss the confit preparation with the chef, which paired well with the house Cabernet. It was an amazing evening at a reasonable price. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone spending time in Aiken."
