"Wow! Some such a small corner bistro, hidden somewhere behind their own bushes and that of the spa park, Saturday in December at 18:00, and I open the door and immediately think: my mother would cook and fry: The sweet smell of boiled goose with red cabbage and dumplings rises into my nose and as hungry as I came: now I could kill for a piece of this goose! Well, I came from the burger for the picture I immediately noticed with Google. For only 6,90 € I quickly ordered the burger before I collapsed before hunger and my accompaniment of the pork fillet Medallions. After only a maximum of 10 15 minutes the food stood on the table, both tasty looking, large portions. (The name XXL would not contradict the quality. No: Here you can only call it Beaucoup Haute Cuisine! And how it tasted! A 5 star taste, with a burger that comes without ketchup and Remoulade! A very own creation and from now on one of the three best burgers of all time, next to Uncle Sams Burger in Berlin Steglitz and Lakeside Inn in Holders am See, I can only draw the hat in front of the homemade gourmet burger, in herbal butter and piquant salt pepper season with tomatoes, bacon, cucumbers and salad from Bistro Daubel in Bad Salzuflen! But not enough: even the pig fillet medallions were excellently spiced and disintegrated on the tongue! Thus the bistro, which actually earned more than four Michelin stars, was gradually filled with the quality of the food. So inconspicuous and yet so good and with prices far below value, only for the location and in a spa!... Wow!"
