"The location and ambience are great. If you have never been in the Bal Harbor Shoppes, the water, plants, koi, and layout s relaxing and comfortable (conveniently with the exception of your wallet, as the shops are high-end). We had heard that the hamburger was one of the best in the area, and the spice menu looked interesting and appealing to the pallet. There were four of us that included a children's menu, although it eats like an adult. Good restaurants that have children's menus are family-friendly, which is good for repeat business. The bread on the grilled cheese sandwich is too thick and takes away from the taste. A little butter on the bread while it added the taste. The Hamburger was not the best hamburger in this area, but was good. Most burgers to good restaurants around Miami are at around $25. The chilled cucumber soup was tasteful and interesting with nuts. However, it was not above average. The Pate de campagne reminded us of France, but it did not stand out again. The crab to the spaghetti aux crab was cooked properly and well, but no game for Scarpetta's. Star goddess. I'll try the Carpaccios restaurant next door and compare its pasta to let you know how it comes out. If you go to the Le Zoo, try the Steak Frites."
