The burrata is what I would imagine if a blind person who has never seen a burrata before decided to make one. The 4 cheese pizza was ok but nothing special. I?ve also never had an espresso that was a full cup of watered down coffee. I?m hoping this was just an off day as I could not figure out how this place was so highly rated."

Service is always good. The food was too salty, but fair. We had no problem getting a big table on Friday night.

A great experience! Sitting outside was a nice touch and great atmosphere with great service and excellent food! All these things have to merge to make it a great dining area. While you must obviously have, what?s in the restaurant name, Carpaccio! Have delicious food and dessert to close a delicious dinner!

During the stay in Bal Harbour we have tried many different restaurants. Carpaccio is my favorite. A meal as easy as a cheese pizza for lunch has thrown me away. It was the best cheese pizza I had. My friend said the Pollo Piccata was amazing. If it is a beautiful day, I would strongly recommend sitting outside looking at the Valet. If you like cars, you will enjoy watching the luxury cars like Ferrari, Lamborghini, Rolls Royce, etc.
