"We received a recommendation to go to Paravicini's and were looking forward to it for a long time. Unfortunately, it did not live up to the hype. Food was not on par for what I would expect for an Italian restaurant. The sauce was bland and I truly felt like we could have made something better at home. We left very disappointed. "Stopped by this place because they were open late in comparison to a few other places. We were seated fairly quickly as the place was not very busy at 9pm. We had a party of 4 and were reasonably quickly brought water while we looked at the menu. 2 of us ordered the 520 burger which was delicious and it came with a side of fries. My wife ordered the Korean chicken bao buns and the last person I think got curry nachos or something like that. Everything was finished off by everyone so it must have been good. As far as drinks, I ordered their version of an old fashioned and man it did not disappoint, the ginger whiskey in the drink gave it a zest like no other old fashion can. Would highly recommend this place."

"Mediocre and underwhelming is how I would describe this establishment. I wouldn 't consider this fine dining The staff was nice but them cooking most of the meals on the dining area feels very tacky. Food was extremely disappointing. Beef Wellington was probably the worst I 've ever had. Lamb chomps, an absolute disaster, the whole plate was covered in a thick bbq like sauce. Caesar salad was soggy and oily, no crunch, tasted like dirt. Food was just not good, at least for the price that it is. Most waiters were going back and forth between tables cooking food, no communication or much service other than the check in here and there. Some utensils we were given to us were dirty. Idk how the owner thought having waiters with cheap uniforms cooking steaks on cheap camping stoves would make it a fine dining establishment. What 's even more confusing how people continue to give this place 5 stars, what restaurant did they go to??? such a disappointment. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else or if you like being disappointed then this is the place to come."

Staff is a little rough and seemed annoyed at certain points. Nothing terrible but just something to notice. Other reviews have stated they charge for tea they didn't order ECT. Not my experience. They did offer some cold brew herbal tea. It was good. There was no additional charge."

"Probably had the best customer service ever in the last 5 years by a wonderful gal named Madeline. So, so pleasant. Very patient with us as it was our first time for this combination restaurant. We only ate from the Famous Dave's side of the menu and would have loved to eat a steak, but a little too pricey for us. I had a hamburger while hubby had a BBQ combo plater. One recommendation I have on the hamburger would be to use a slightly larger bun. When pressed the toppings and sauces just squeezed out the sides. It was a little messy to say the least. "Where do I begin.... This restaurant needs to close. In hindsight, we should 've known better not to order anything that had a higher likelihood of not turning over as this place appears to not have repeat customers. Appetizers: Beef tartar okay, oysters not fresh and tasted funky. One of us was sick all night. Nowhere was it listed where the raw oysters came from, a definite red flag for a restaurant that claims to be high end. An oversight on our part. Food The menu states and the owner claims USDA Prime, but the filet mignon was USDA Choice at best. The filet was not cooked to the requested temperature. The pasta tasted store bought. The four entrees were thrown together, no care in the presentation. The vegetables were not fresh. Owner Carlos was friendly, but obviously trying to do what he could to save his restaurant. He continued to try to up sell us on everything. And when I say continued, he was at our table constantly. Rudely interrupting eating and conversation. It was awkwardly uncomfortable. Kept bothering us to buy the wine that was 50% off, but obviously the prices were marked up on the menu. He kept asking us if we would buy dessert, even after declining multiple times and even after bringing out the bill. When we were leaving, there was a blatant sense of desperation that we come back . People expect a certain level of quality when they pay those kinds of prices. People aren 't going to continue to spend that kind of money for subpar, low quality food. I hate to see a small business fail, but Carlos Bistro misses the mark."

When we got there to pick it up the young man that took our order over the phone said I'm sorry I got distracted and put Doritos on your pizza. So he started to scoop off the cheese and the Doritos with his Bear hands I asked him why he was doing that then he said I'll get more cheese to put on it. I explained to him that I was Allergic to Doritos. Then he started to talk to ne like I was a child saying that I should have told him that over the phone and that I was not fair to them working at the pizza place. At that point I should have left. Then a young man said I'll make you a different one. I don't believe I should have been talked to like that."

Get their house-made sausage in a dish of your choosing — I enjoyed it immensely on pizza and as a sandwich. My sandwich included their red sauce , which I am certain would also be excellent on pasta. I also absolutely loved their house-made Parmesan peppercorn dressing. It is cheesy and absolutely full of softened, whole peppercorns, and is the first time I have had a salad I didn 't contemplate adding a little pepper to. If you still have room after your meal, which isn 't entirely likely, their chocolate fudge cake is rich and the perfect sort of near chocolate overload."
