"I am always skeptical of the reviews that extol unending virtues on an establishment and praise a restaurant as if the Messiah there are daily . . . . . . I never leave reviews. Liberty is perfection in a pub. I'm so picky and I eat there weekly. The food is amazing. The salads are FRESH not devastating, brown greens, the pizza is simply incredible (try the basil Pesto instead of the red sauce . . . . . I am just thinking about it! , and they always have actual peculiarities (as in, something not regularly on the menu and they bought ingredients for this particular item, not only hey let 's get rid of Overstock . They also have regular bar fare: wings, mozzarella sticks (molten cheese mmmm, nachos, onion rings, etc... Are you a fan of adult drinks? They also covered you there . . . . and they take it seriously! They know their brews, their wines and their mixed drinks. You can describe what on tap, but without pretentious and snobby. You are the best of a high-end ale house mixed with a neighborhood bar! The atmosphere is perfect. You will not find karaoke night here they have fabulous live music regularly, and even if it is not live, the music selection is fantastic! Sports fan? They did. Several large screen TVs always play the night sports event. The bar is always clean (like someone who spent over a decade in restaurant management, cleanliness counts a GREAT deal to me and you never get that stele beer odor (that other companies do not clean their lines get). I can't say enough about the staff. You are so attentive and really friendly, feel like a regular one on your first visit! There's no single employee I wouldn't hire myself. They're all amazing. If you have not visited Liberty Pub, you are missing. Add it to your bucket list, because this is definitely one you do not want to skip!"

"The food was Absolutely Amazing! And the service was equally as wonderful. I don 't think I 've been to a restaurant where they 've paid as much attention or cared as much. I recall we were stuffed to the brim and ready to get boxes, when I realized (quite loudly by accident-I have a loud voice and it echoed? that I didn 't get the clam chowder that I had ordered ? two separate employees almost immediately popped up from different corners like Did we hear you 're missing chowder? And I turned around like Wow you guys have GREAT hearing ?? They 're all super friendly and kind, and we really enjoyed our server and everyone else who came by and had contact with. I will say- for our price range it was a bit expensive; but we had been driving through towns for almost an hour and a half trying to find a restaurant on our way through into coos bay and this was the first place we finally found that was open. Everywhere else we used our GPS to get to, was closed even though it said they were open and their voice-mail said it was open. It was great to find a restaurant we could sit down and break our travels at; but it was a lot of money for 2 adults and a child. (The fuzzy picture I didn 't get a clear shot of- but it 's the Escargot thay my 4 year old daughter even tried and absolutely loved!! She also enjoyed the fried crab legs, baked oysters, and the fried mushrooms? Also pictured is the Cajun salmon, the fish and chips, two oyster shooters, and the child 's fettuccine Alfredo It was great to watch her try all the new amazing foods! I wish we could have left more as a tip for the amazing server;but we were already spending so much money that I couldn 't afford to give any more."
