"Overall, frustrating experience but mostly due to service. Food was great, there was a live band we didn’t know about but we weren’t mad at but you could tell there was not structure to the service. Our waiter kept helping patrons behind the bar which left us high and dry, the food took 40 minutes after ordering to get to us. The waiter dropped off two of our four plates and didn’t say anything about the two kids plates which had not yet arrived. Then we had to flag someone else down to figure out where the kids food was because there was no communication. About 5 minutes later after asking the kids food came out. Very frustrated with the service level and communication."

I stood in line, behind 3 people, only to be told by the girl about to take my order that she noticed the coupon I was holding told me that they weren't accepting coupons that day... been a customer at the W Broad Pataskala location for more than 10yrs always used coupons. "Husband and I went for Easter brunch. We had 3pm reservations today and were seated pretty quickly. It was very crowded as expected for a holiday. I'm giving just an okay star rating because there didn't really seem to be enough food for all of the guests that had reservations. Many items on the buffet tables were empty. The food that we did have was good and honestly the prime rib was delicious. Dessert options were slim and felt like they might have come from the grocery store. I feel like food/portion planning for the amount of guests that were there was inadequate. Our server was friendly and wonderful and took care of our drinks very well. Will we come back for a regular dinner yes, will we come back for a holiday brunch probably not again."

"I really badly wanted to give this place a good review, because my husband and I ordered an absolutely amazing Hawaiian pizza (with awesome pork belly) here last year. However, when I called a month later to order again.. I was told that Butletmr Bros. Pizza was gone and it was now Slammin Sammy's. A Google search online confusingly shows Butler Bros Pizza AND Slammin Sammy's .. both as open and both at the exact same address.. with different menus .. It's not just confusing? But also really bad business practices."

"Got the burger melt through the drive through. Could be better. My favorite part was the red onion. Other than that it was nothing to write home about.
