"Overall, frustrating experience but mostly due to service. Food was great, there was a live band we didn’t know about but we weren’t mad at but you could tell there was not structure to the service. Our waiter kept helping patrons behind the bar which left us high and dry, the food took 40 minutes after ordering to get to us. The waiter dropped off two of our four plates and didn’t say anything about the two kids plates which had not yet arrived. Then we had to flag someone else down to figure out where the kids food was because there was no communication. About 5 minutes later after asking the kids food came out. Very frustrated with the service level and communication."
