"We found this spot on our first day and I'm so glad that we did! We went back almost everyday of our week long trip to Fairbanks. The coffee (including the lattes) were excellent and gluten free baked goods were some of the best that I've had. We normally wouldn't get baked goods/sweets for breakfast but after seeing them several days in a row, we caved in and bought a brownie and a chocolate expresso cupcake. Both were excellent. The cafe itself is in a building with a dance studio and a couple other little shops. We enjoyed going there and will definitely return if we get to Fairbanks again."

"This restaurant offers fantastic choices for vegans, those who are gluten-free, and on the keto diet. The staff is very friendly. "Very nice authentic Mediterranean place in the town! Their hummus (is without garlic) and baba ganoush is delicious. We had falafal sandwich, super falafel wrap and veggie bowl with falafel and they all were equally good. Note- their quantity is huge. They have pretty delicious sauces as well (tahini and tzatziki). The person on desk was pretty friendly and they also accommodated dietary restrictions (no onion garlic) by making a nice wrap. I like the places which are easy to deal with. Just one suggestion- if the falafel could be little more fluffy and airy than dense, it will be perfect. All in all, want a change in taste, and bored with other cuisines, I highly recommend this place."

"I haven’t tried the food yet, but I will very soon and post an update. Authentic Moldovian food. Very date worthy vibe and atmosphere. Good smells coming from the kitchen. Nice booths. Looking at the menu made me want to come back. I came back! They have a lunch special for $13.99 which includes everything you might want. The food was yummy and huge portions! 14th lunch special you get here is free. It got super busy while I was here but the waitress handled it with exquisite grace. I will return, awesome atmosphere."

"Absolutely the best breakfast burritos in Alaska, probably the entire US actually! This is a must-stop if you are headed toward Anchorage (or if you want good food period . If we are driving south, we plan our day of driving around the hours of Goldhill Express so we can start the day off right with a breakfast burrito. I just wish they opened earlier and stayed open later, I would be there so much more often! Everyone working there is such a delight as well! Fantastic customer service every time I am there : Vegetarian options: They make veggie burritos, no meat options, and bean burritos"

"The worst burger I have every had. Lower in quality than fast food, and I don't eat fast food because of the low quality. BurgerZone's burger was overcooked and dry, 1 tomato slice so thin that only the skin was visible, 1 pickle cut so thin there was no middle to it, the lettuce slice was a 1 square at most. The fries and onion rings were very greasy. Leaves a greasy taste in your mouth after eating. Fed majority of meat to my dog. I highly do not recommend eating here as there is an increase in cost for a return of low quality dry and greasy food. It is obvious they are cutting corners. (Side note: a couple of years ago when they opened the quality was great: big juicy burger, large thick tomato slice, fries were not greasy used to be best burger place in town."

"This place is complete BS. Tourist trap, at best. We were a party of adults and a child. We had entrees the grilled halibut was cooked perfectly, served with cold vegetables (supposed to be hot). The Alaskan halibut was overdone and served with cold, limp vegetables. The third entree was the coconut shrimp app. Good flavor and cooked perfectly, however, greasy. I treated my daughter to crab legs an Alaskan specialty, right?? They were complete garbage. They were clearly cooked earlier in the day then resteamed. The meat was very overdone, the shells were soft and limp making it impossible to use the provided shell crackers. She was upset that we wasted money for her. I am angry that my parents taught me not to complain in a restaurant. for this POS meal, by itself. IHOP would do a better job with crab legs. Complete rip-off. I don’t see the restaurant responding to reviews. They don’t care."

"Server stretched thin in dining room: order taking, bread and drinks, appetizers, entrees and dessert delayed. Good personality and service when available, but a few mishaps with forgetting items, or incorrect food/dessert brought, but quick recovery! 3 out of 4 entrees were good, but crab macaroni hardly had any crab in it. Fries were luke-warm, but beer-batter fish was great. Desserts were to die for! Crab dinner was one of our entrees and was very expensive (but good) and brought the total to $400 tip for four people (and 8 drinks). If we go back it will only be for drinks and splitting of appetizers or splitting a burger while boating during the summer (one of the only places you can actually pull your boat up to and be on the deck)."

"We decided to give this place a try because it was date night and we wanted to try something new, we made a reservation and we're not disappointed. This place is absolutely amazing! The staff was amazing, the food was phenomenal. Best steak I've ever had. I got the 10oz ribeye and my husband got the halibut. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend this place. "Perhaps one of the best Japanese restaurants I have been to. Sashimi was as fresh as they can be. lunch menu is definitely something to try. They might also be the only Japanese restaurant in town that serves Uni Sashimi. Highly recommend giving it a try if you're feeling adventurous. They also serve White Tuna which is incredible. Will definitely be back again."

"Highly recommend the sweetheart roll and try it without dunking it in soy sauce at least for the first piece, it is so delicious as is. : very few sushi places in AK offer unique raw rolls with scallops, which is a nice change from the tendency to stuff spicy tuna into every single roll at most other restaurants. I wished they had chirachi (my usual go to but once I tried a couple of their special rolls I was glad I had to get rolls instead!"

"Had a late breakfast here and will come again! Very friendly hostess and server. We shared a couple items; The Cinnamon Roll French Toast was everything you want…..yeasty, lots of cinnamon, not too sweet! Also had the chili cheese omelet which came w/ potatoes option and toast. We grabbed a couple yummy cookies for later and those were delicious as well!! Only negative was our server went on a break w/o letting us know so we waited a long time for a coffee refill and dirty plates were not picked up….. Don’t miss this cute place when in Fairbanks. Tip: We learned a lot of restaurants close early or completely for the slower season so we always call before driving over as posted hours on website are often not updated."

"We were staying nearby and stopped in for a quick dinner. I ordered my Pad Thai mild the first time I eat somewhere I never know how hot it will be and it was tasty, had super fresh bean sprouts, and there was absolutely no burn. Next time I'll order medium with some spice on the side, because I do like some bite. Hubby had pineapple fried rice, it included small black beans and had a sweet, cinnamony flavour. The generous serving of pineapple on the side was very, very fresh. Both dishes were too big for us to finish, we could have split one and been satisfied. They didn't have many people working, but even with a completely full dining room they were attentive and the dishes arrived quickly. There seemed to be quite a few locals eating, so I guess we stumbled onto their secret!"

"My fiancee and I have ordered delivery from this place a few times and always really enjoyed it. We decided we'd stop in and eat one evening and were saddly disappointed. Though we were seated immediatel and there was only one other party in the place, it took several mintes for some one to bring menus and then several more before our order was taken. When the food came to the table, my order came first and it was another 10 minutes before hers came. Being some one who was taught that you wait until everyone is ready to eat, it meant that my food was barely luke warm. It was rather bland compared to the stuff we get when it's delivered. The wait staff disappeared and was not to be seen until a third party came into the restuarant about half an hour after my fiancee got her meal. It meant that our drinks were nevr refreshed nor were the appitisers plates ever removed from the table. We left feeling very disappointed in what we had expected to be an enjoyable meal."

"We ordered our food for delivery just after 5pm and were quoted a 45 minute wait. After an hour my husband called to inquire and was told that they were waiting on the delivery driver to return from the last delivery. They told us approximately 15-20 minutes. Another hour passed and we called again. Still no delivery driver and we were quoted another 1 hour wait, to which we were not amenable. She suggested we come pick up our food… our prepared food had just been sitting out at this point for 2.5 hours. We were not offered any compensation and they balked at refunding us. (It’s now been almost 4 hours and the food never arrived- we ate crackers for dinner after a hard day of moving. Totally disgusted with their lack of professionalism and customer service. F"

"Definitely a vacation or tour destination!! This place offers extremely tasty breakfast for all day option, open and comfortable seating and very homey. Great service crew. "Got their Cobb Salad for the first time, decent size salad for the price. I was disappointed to find the avocado with the salad, is actually mashed avocado in a cup that had already started browning probably due to the fact that the lid on the small cup wasn 't all the way on. Also for the 'large ' salad I didn 't feel one container of salad dressing was sufficient I pretty much didn 't eat the avocado with the salad due to it being in a container and it doesn 't go on like a dressing. Will try another establishment for my salad next time."

"I look for wood fired pizza on every trip I take and I was looking forward to finally trying the Hungry Robot. When you get a wood fired Pizza you expect a few things and one is opposing textures of the bottom and top of the pizza. The bottom should be nice and crisp while the top of the pizza soft and chewy, unfortunately this pizza was soft all over with no crispy bottom. Typically with a wood fired pizza you will also get a little bit if that smokey flavor, this did not have it. The sauce unfortunately was bland and the basil had a twang like it was on the verge of turning bad. The one good thing about the pizza was the mozzarella, very good. The location is poorly lit and made it hard to navigate without missing the turn bc of poor lighting and bc maps tells me I arrived in the middle of the road. Unfortunately this continues a trend I have had from visiting restaurants featured on triple D, not impressed and over hyped. Bummer, I was really looking for to this too."

"I arrived at the University location at 8:15am on Sunday to find that the lobby was closed and the drive-through was blocked off. While sitting in my car trying to find the store hours, I saw a man exiting the back door of the store, confirming that it was indeed closed. I decided to drive to the College Rd location, which was less than five miles away. To my surprise, the same employee from the previous store pulled up next to me in his black Bronco, still in his Taco Bell uniform. I knocked on the lobby door at this location, only to find that it was also closed. The employee handed me his breakfast before I left, even though I was at a different store. I received my meal at 8:30am from an employee with a dirty face mask. I was shocked and disappointed to witness such blatant disregard for customer service and satisfaction. It is unacceptable that time, money, and resources were wasted in this manner. I hope that this situation is addressed, but I am not optimistic. Is this the standard for Fairbanks, AK? Will Corporate or the owners take action? I am not hopeful. #TeamToasterStrudel #TeamHotPopTarts"
