"Pizza is a joke, tasteless with few pieces of extremely low quality prochuto and mozarella worst we ever tasted and a price tag of 35 chf for a small tasteless pizza. Ordered also tagliatelle bolets, which was simply tasteless and disgusting as there were no bolets but some other mushrooms that were very weak and jelly : but the biggest cheating when I found out that half of the pasta placed on the bottom was precooked, broken in pieces and stuck together what made me think of it as a possible leftover of someone else as it cannot be totally different consistency and just stuck together from small pieces and no mushrooms mountain. This kind of thing i saw first time. Did not order anything else as we were disgusted enough and therefore left. Will never come back this is a complete insult to treat clients with cheating to this level."

"Came here for best friend’s birthday dinner. All impeccable. Contrary to other comments, I enjoy very much the fusion touch on Japanese-based cuisine. Service amazing and all. If price isn’t an issue, this is the place. Make sure you drop by the rooftop with your drink before leaving, it overlooks the nice old town and eaux-vives"

"Whenever I want a pizza, I go to Scaramù. Impeccable service, very warm, attentive and kind waiter, the pizza is for me the best I have tasted in Geneva, tasty with fresh produce. I highly recommend and very reasonable price for Geneva."

"Ich ging dort zum Abendessen. Kleines, gemütliches, warmes Restaurant. Freundliches Personal. Vorspeisen sind unvergesslich, Hauptgerichte sind richtig. Aber die Desserts sind enttäuschend. Trotzdem war die Gesamterfahrung sehr interessant. Ich würde es wieder zum Mittagessen versuchen"

"Frankly very disappointed...The sole was good but no taste, even less pistachio for 50. ! Exorbitant price for a rarely served plate, no application for the presentation, disappointing The servers are unfriendly and unprofessional To top it off, super noisy like in the cafeteria"

"In diesem Lokal hat alles gestimmt. Das Essen war von der Vorspeise bis zum Dessert frisch zubereitet und von feinster Qualität. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das Poêlée d'artichauts. Der Service war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Der Preis ist gehoben aber für diese Qualität absolut gerechtfertigt."

"OK. Service really good.. Food good but slightly overcooked and price value is not exceptional. Charging 7 frs for small bottle of water seems really over the top. No kid's offer although the restaurant claims it is very welcoming for families."

"Small space for a relaxed and wooded atmosphere. Japanese-inspired cuisine, but free from chirachis. The eye is charmed, as are the palates. This is the main. Summary: Chouchouette is a good way to get off the beaten track, without great risks, in a neighborhood that is relatively few in terms of “as business as casual” addresses."

"Dining in the dark evening The event begins 1 hour after the given time, time to have an aperitif (why not, but unnecessary stress). We had to insist heavily to get water. The masks arrive of poor quality, forcing you to close your eyes so as not to see underneath. The entry is very nice even if the lack of experienced support makes the whole thing very boring. The dish arrives without the accompaniments which are brought to us once the dishes are finished, so no taste experience. Then we ask for coffees with dessert which arrives a long time later No spontaneous explanations or explanations to accompany a supposedly special experience. In short we lost 2x110 which would have been much better invested in another framework"

"I went there to buy around fifteen tacos and sushi, 35°C, not the courage to cook for my guests. Well, the tacos are not takeaway because you have to eat them hot. I explain that I live nearby so they don't have the right boxes... without even knowing how many I was going to take. Now I understand better why it was empty! Didn't ask for sushi, there's no shortage of restaurants here! They lost at least 200. but we still ate well and served with a smile because they didn't have that too!"

"Location is amazing, food is good. However service was quite disappointing and not up to this restaurant name! It took a long time to order, to have our table cleaned before dessert, to have the dessert menu (which we had to request multiple times)...and only few tables were occupied. The waitress spilled our cafe gourmand on the table. Of course this is not a problem, but we would have appreciated a new coffee since most of it was on the table."

"I recently had a work lunch, and I was thoroughly impressed. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable, enhancing the overall experience. The cozy ambiance added to the charm. "This is the best restaurant I’ve been to in my 4 years of living in Geneva. Yes, it’s on the pricier side but our experience was great. The food (especially the lobster! was really delicious; the dessert menu looked so good so be sure to leave some room and check it out. Personally, its strongest point was the service and atmosphere. The outside terrace is really comfortable and the waiter and hostesses were very welcoming and helpful. I am so glad we found this restaurant!"

"The food here is exceptional! High quality, healthy ingredients are used to create delicious and visually beautiful dishes. We ordered the pad thai salad, the burger and a raw carrot cake to share all of which were incredible. We washed them down with a matcha and chai latte. The only reason I knocked a star off is because they seemed to be short staffed when we visited (on a Sunday) and the place was packed. They ran out of cutlery and cups as they couldn't get them washed quickly enough. As a result , we were given paper cups and we had to wait for cutlery before we could eat! It also meant that the environment wasn't very relaxing. Perhaps a mid week visit would be more pleasant. Price is also steep.. it came to 74 CHF in total, but everywhere is expensive in Geneva, and at least the price is relatively justified by the quality of the food. "They took ages to find our booking, brought all our food at the same time starters, main, naans which was disappointing and added an item to the bill we didn’t receive and forget to bring things we did order more than once. The food was very nice, tasty and beautifully presented just a shame it was so rushed on this occasion!"
"Worst experience in this place. If you ever think of coming here, would highly recommend to move your preference to Luigia which is right next door. Honestly speaking, even going to McDonalds would have been a much better experiences."

"The restaurant was highly recommended by a colleague that had already dined there. I decided to take my wife for our wedding anniversary and we were both really happy for this decision! It was a culinary experience of the highest order. We chose the 5-course Nordic Journey and were amazed by the quality, taste and creativity of the food (not to mention the wonderful presentation of the plates)! Everything was patiently explained to us by a very informative and polite staff, which added positively to the whole experience. The desert gave the final touch, as we had never thought anything could surprise us anymore. Alas, we were wrong; we found our pallets exploding with pleasure. I 'm not an expert, but I can definitely say that to my humble opinion this restaurant deserves the time and money spent there, in every respect. Congratulations to the whole team!"

"1. They struggled with finding my reservation name as I have a Korean name, better to book a simpler name if you have a unique name. However, other hotels never struggled so it was a bit weird. 2. The food was artistic, overall, the food was wonderful but one fish menu tasted a bit sour, and raw cooking. We told it honestly as they asked how it was, but it was just asking, not like a real service checkup. 3. Their service was nice and educated like any other hotels, but we had a problem with ‘water’. Since it was tap water, we didn’t expect to pay, but they charged 18chf. As we mentioned to one waiter, another waitress came and this is for filtered water charge, but she will change the check. Then another waitress came and she removed 9chf, but as it is service charge, we need to pay. They didn’t pour more water and what service they did with that tap water As I express unhappiness, a sommelier came and said it’s filtered and he understood we wanted not tap water but filtered one. Because of ‘tap water’, total four staffs came and made all the excuses. The luxury service should be flexible and considerable if there is a problem, NOT making four staffs to say excuses. That’s what I experienced from other hotels and what I got educated from hotel school. If it is bottle of water, I get it why I need to pay, we are in Switzerland and which hotel makes tap water to pay. With the rule of ordering at least one drink per guest, it would be more acceptable if one staff talked in that way, though I never see one hotel tried me to charge because of tap water in Switzerland. Plus, I ordered one champagne glass for the manner"
