"Eat here for the first time! Eating was pretty good and the server was good! I just asked about my eggs and they came too hard from a medium, so I asked the server to replace them! She was very polite and agreed with me. She took her back to the kitchen and believed it or not the cook came out and came to my table and said that you wouldn't even try the eggs? I stopped answering and he was gone! Well, I left my server a $5 tip in cask, but on my entrance I left the chef a penny! Not for his bad cuisine, but for his ignorance of coming to my table because he boiled my eggs wrong! My breakfast was $12.66 when it would not have been more than $8.00 a year ago, so if I pay almost $13.00 for bacon and eggs I will make sure it is boiled properly! I won't be back until he's replaced."

"All the food was delicious. I ordered the Fried Zucchini which were very large were delicious. Plus, I ordered a bowl of the Baked Onion Soup and a couple of delicious meatballs. I would order both of them again. My partner ordered the Fish and Chips special. Best fries we ever ate. The service was excellent"

"We're just visiting Grafton for a conference and we tried the food in Grafton Pub. I must say I was really impressed by the quality and quantity of the food. It was one of the best pizzas I had outside of New York. And the catfish fritters were just awesome. Excellent service and awesome staff. Highly recommended"

"We have eaten at this location twice now and I will say the pulled pork is delicious!! No one was there when we came to get food the second time so there was no wait and we got taken care of right away. The only negative thing I can say was that the Mac and cheese I had was very dry and flavorless so I wouldn't recommend the Mac and cheese personally. But the pulled pork is delicious as long as you watch for the chunks of fat. And I love the BBQ sauce they use on top! We will be returning customers and we recommend the place to others."

"Visited there 9/27/23 at 3:30pm. one male employee was tired of the phones ringing, so he took all the phones and literally put them in a drawer and announced to the customers in line “I’m tired of the phones ringing, I’m not answering them”. same employee told me and other customers “this place is falling apart, our microwave just started smoking” one customer asked for his money back due to the wait. Once the customer left, the same male employee started shouting about the customer and then proceeded to loudly curse about him as he walked in the back. then the same employee noticed water was leaking behind a serving counter, and continues to complain loudly and yelled out “they don’t pay me enough” as he threw towels on the wet ground while he watched other employees clean it up. I had my family there with my young son. What a cringe worthy experience. Once my food was bagged and handed over i recommended to him to stop complaining in front of customers like this, and mentioned how I’m glad I’m not the owner knowing the phones ringing for orders was placed in drawers to ignore them. We were the last ones inside, and the last car to leave a now empty parking lot at that time. What a miserable experience."

"10/13/2023 1.5 hour wait to get food. Food came out with toppings I didn't ask for. Fried fish sandwich was baked instead and reminded me of a hockey puck. Ate it anyway since I couldn't wait for a new order. Some orders came to the table 30 minutes before the rest. Had to ask for salt pepper. Others had an ok meal. Waste of a Friday night...never again. Food: 1"

"My mom and I stopped by for lunch before we went on the Zipline tour! I had the pub fries and she had a salad and we split some pickle chips. Pretty good food, just wish the drinks were bigger for the price. We sat outside on the deck to enjoy the view and the beautiful weather, but an employee was power washing the lower deck the whole time. Would have been better if we didn't have to listen to the drone of the power washer."

"I will start off by saying the wait staff is awesome! And the carrot cake made by one of the bartenders is some of the best I have ever had. But man am I disappointed by what hunters has become. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants in grafton. The last 2 times I have been have been incredibly disappointing. I will always give a restaurants 2 bad experiences in a row. Tonight I ordered a king cut prime rib. Came out ice cold , and extremely bland no crust seasoning, tasted like it was lightly seasoned for the retirees at the home early bird specialfor $30 I would hope for at least lukewarm for only being around 6pm. Sent it back got steak tips instead which were very undercooked and the mashed was extremely chunky, I like my steak rare so I sucked it up and ate it anyways because I wasn't sitting waiting for another round of not very good food to come out of the kitchen. Seems to be thet are moving away from the bar and grill and going straight to BAR. Dart boards pool tables games. Moved the low top tables to the bar area and only high tops down below. I am so very sad that hunters is on my never again list"

"I'm from NYC but live in the West now. Good pizza is hard to find out there. We were traveling through and found Grafton pizza, which brought back memories of NYC's pizza! Great pizza and especially great crust!! Owner, don't remember his name, is a charming and friendly man. Went back the next day to try meatball and eggplant subs. Again, loved them. If I lived here, I would be a regular!!"

"I was so impressed with the food and the service! The staff was super kind, knowledgeable about vegan foods and happy to accommodate and answer questions. The food was DELICIOUS. It wasn't very crowded when we arrived stove 6pm, but we saw a lot of people come in to pick up takeout. So they were busy, but there was no wait to sit, and the food came out in a reasonable amount of time. Everything was hot and flavorful (and just as good for leftovers the next day! The sports bar atmosphere was a bit unusual for an Indian restaurant, but it was cozy and clean. I'm looking forward to going back to try something different! Vegetarian options: There are a lot of vegetarian options, and they were happy to let us know what was vegan. They were happy to make small adjustments. "Family of four, two kids and two adults. Ordered an appetizer and four entrees. Three tables in the dining room were populated including our table. The appetizer took approximately 20-30 minutes to arrive. The first entree was delivered about 15 minutes after the appetizer. The second entree was delivered about 5 minutes after the first entree. The third entree was another 5 minutes and the fourth (Macho Nachos) arrived about 5 minutes or so after the third. The timing and delivery overall was terrible. The nachos did finally arrive about 55 minutes after initially ordering and they were burnt. I took them home and tossed them. The server, though polite, was in a different world. After expressing that we needed to leave within 10-15 minutes, I still had to prompt her for the bill that she still had to manually calculate. All in all, I dropped about $75 and this was my first and last time going there. Taco Bell is a better use of time, money and experience than this place. Maybe the staff/kitchen people were new? I don't know. My advice is to try somewhere else."

"The glazed donuts here are the BEST! The first time I tried these, I ate 4 of them when I got back in my car from getting them, then shamelessly went back in the place for a 5th- 5 donuts, 1 sitting=that good! Their lemon filled is my 2nd fave- perfectly balanced lemon flavor filling- not overly tart and not artificial tasting like some. TIP: get there early if you want a lemon one- they only make a few of those each day. I always seem to score the last 2 everytime somehow- maybe I'm just that lucky; ?? The customer service is genuine, low-key and upbeat, not forced, fake or scripted which is refreshing. I like that they share in my donut excitement while I'm ordering ..seems to be a family-run business and they put care in to the details. I don't hear them secretly cursing in their heads when I take forever to decide or have special requests which is appreciated. I can only vouch for their homemade donuts and muffins bc i have not yet tried much else. They are a casual, no-frills, full-service breakfast joint serving all the usual suspects like eggs, hash browns french toast and such served by staff who care."

"OMG! Grafton's BEST! We drive several times a month from Fairmont, just to go there for a late lunch! Dad gets the salad w/grilled chicken mom gets one of her delicious burgers w frits. I get a baked potato with grilled onions a bowl of filled cabbage soup or her liver onions with boiled cabbage baked potato with grilled onions. We ALWAYS have to go to boxes that I usually eat on the same day. That's good!"
