"What did't like about the Loading Dock was we were not warned about all the Spiders that was near the rails for sitting. Horrible experience I was bitten by a Spider on my back just by sitting near the dock on those plastic chairs and tables. They should've recommended sitting on the inside after dark. The food was just okay..."

"Been here several times and from when they just opened to now its gone down hill completely. Tonight my family of 3 met a family member for dinner. Our family member arrived before us and ordered a Long Island as she waited. She was told they didn't haveany and proceeded to order a Margherita (a communication misunderstanding). When we got there my husband and I both ordered LongIslands and asked for chips and salsa; normally a complimentary food offered before the meal- never recieved. Our drinks werevery good. Our waitress was noticeably frustrated or annoyed... not sure. But not happy. There seemed to be 3 ladies waitressingand it is a small place so it seemed decently staffed. We all ordered food and then a 2nd round of drinks. We waited about 25minutes when the food came and asked again for our drinks that were never brought out to us. When the waitress came back withthe drinks she asked if we had everything. We said no, I still hadn't received my order. My family ate their entire meal while Iwaited for my quasidilla which we then made to go. Our family member asked for water with her meal and never got it. The entireouting was a joke. Poor service. Lousy wait time for drinks (and my meal that was on the same ticket as the rest of the family). With the exception of the drinks that we did get, I'd say this place now pretty much sucks."

"If you are in the mood for a delicious burger or hot dog, you will not get a better deal and delicious food than Bradish Snack Bar. The burgers are juicy and tasty, the onion rings are really thin and the bread is brilliant, and the hot dogs are perfectly cooked and have a lot of cheese or chili. Only what I wish is that they had fenced onions for burgers and dogs. The servers are usually very friendly and service is fast. You accept the card, so it's easy to pay. We try to make the trip (it is a few cities away) at least a few times in summer"

"Service is normally very good, can be slow (but normally when it's a full house). We tend to go for lunch right right after they open or for the brunch. Our most recent visit was Aug 2nd, 11am) wonderful service, friendly staff. Clean bathrooms. Food was awesome, and came out pretty quick. Photos included: Cheese curds, soup salad combo (way bigger than I expected, it normally comes with tomatoes, my choice not to get them). Mushroom burger with sweet potato fries and I believe my son had the cowboy chicken sandwich, which he was shocked at how much food he ended up with!"

"The first time around, I was so confused by the excessive amount of information on the walls, and NO prices! How am I supossed to order, blindly? Well, that's what I had to do. Was served the driest most horrible banana nut muffin. Gave them a few more chances. The board says four dollars and some change (one of the very few prices if not the only one there) for an egg and cheese sandwich, and they asked for my choice of bread. It turns out, if you pick a croissant, they'll charge you an arm and a leg more, how much? I don't know exactly, and they don't tell you, just go straight to charge you. I paid almost $14 for 2 egg and cheese sandwiches in croissants. Absurd amount of money. Also, the egg is not condimented at all, so it's all pretty much flavorless. And the general feeling is that they are expecting you to always tip them, even if there is not really a reason for it. The client orders on a counter, waits, and grab their food from the counter as well. There is no extra work done, they don't even have to move from behind the counter, so tips, why?"

"I am currently loving this restaurant. I had previously placed an order, and now that their buffet is up and running again, I find myself coming here more often. I also really appreciate the young chef who works on the recipes – he is very articulate and friendly, even more so than most adults."

"Good food for a chain, actually far above average. I don't know if they're all so good, because that's the only one I've done. I gave four stars because I ordered online when they first opened (10:30) said I would pick it up in an hour. When I asked about 11:20 after the order, the polite and friendly young lady at the reception went down a long series of neglected order intakes and said it had just come. To her credit, I was out there by 11:30 with the complete order. I also noticed that not one of the food preparations or food bagers wore gloves. Not a big deal for me, but it seemed unusual for a food service company nowadays."

"when I was sitting here, it was an hour and fifteen minutes since I ordered a basic cheeseburger and pommes. I could have gone to the food store that bought ingredients, drove to home and still my own in less time. That's ridiculous."

"Sadly, tonight I ordered the exact same thing for my mom that she always orders and the experience was not at all pleasant. I arrived 10 minutes after I placed my order online. The meal I was given was not my order and I didn't realize it until I got home to my mom's. Unfortunately, this is not the first time the order has not been correct. The food had been sitting for quite a while as everything was soggy. It was obvious that I was given someone else's order that had been sitting for a while. Two individuals that were behind the counter were less than pleasant and looked quite unkept. The young lady was packing up an order and was in a conversation with someone and used a curse word to describe someone's actions. Every time I've been to pick up an order the experience has been pleasant, although orders have been incorrect, but tonight was less than pleasant. Very disappointed. This is the only place my mom wants fish and I usually order 1-2 times a week. I hope tonight's experience was just a bad night and not the new norm."

"The man who took my order was VERY NICE, with a hearty smile. He missed that I wanted a double-meat lower part that I noticed after reading my receipt. I let him know, and he was on IT to make sure that my order was what I wanted. He's a middle-aged, black-African man. Also, when he informed the sandwich manufacturers of his mistake, they did not complain. She just said, okay, no problem! and added my extra meat (double turkey). Love this place and will return! And the sub was DELICIOUS!!!"

"WOW. First time there. Crab stuffed mushrooms, clam chowder, 8 0z fillet mignon, topped with crab and asparagus, and sauteed veggies. My wife had the chicken Parmesan. I told her this was the best tasting restaurant food I've had in a very long time. Will definitely return to try their prime rib Tuesday. Susan our waitress was great. Very prompt and social. Thank you so much for a wonderful evening."

"This rating is based on the availability for food in this particular area. I had the blackened catfish sandwich. The spices/flavor was spot on. Fabulous flavor, cooked well. I took off the top bun (brioche bun) it was just too much bread for that fish they should think about something slightly thinner, but, with the population of the area, I'm guessing it's just not feasible to have too many bread varieties. My husband had a hot ham cheese. Meh. Nothing notable. I wouldn't recommend. Considering this was a winery, the selections weren't great. They had some pretty low end, mass produced items that were available by the glass. No decent sparkling wine by the glass. The artisan beer selection was fantastic!! Service. Friendly, but, dreadfully slow!! Understaffed for this particular day that was unseasonably warm everyone was out and about. In short this area isn't known for destination dining. Enjoy it for what it is roadside fun along the river road. (Grafton winery is across the street, but, when we were inside, it looked like a charmless warehouse with unfriendly staff)."

"we went on a Tuesday afternoon especially for the new coasters so we could enjoy it without line btw the coasters is fantastic and we drove it several times to regret the 3 packpass they won 't. we drove the skylift and as people have specified before, the only way to access the top of the bluff is unless they stay in the resort, so $30 entry fee or call it a parking fee $10 per person either not a big thing could be a little expensive for a larger family. the landscape was beautiful, as we were there in October and the leaves changed. the view in front of the hotel at the top of the hill is far better than the view, which was mostly disabled by trees, but we still had fun back to the point of view, there were games on the way and swing for the child to play. at the end of the way there is also a small picnic place if you wanted to eat there. the most disappointing part of the opposite is, as others have said, the prices for food, a few finer points that we have eaten in the winery or somewhere on the bluff we have eaten on the road, I understand that a tourist city will be a little more expensive, but some of the prices for barebones eat like a cheeseburger rival that a high grade steakhouse. all in all it was a good experience, but if they made a day trip and don't stay overnight I would plan to eat before they get there or after they leave otherwise they will pay the tourist mark."

"We ended up placing our food order 35 minutes after sitting down, choosing a Reuben, chicken tenders, a steak and cheese sub, and a chicken Caesar salad wrap. As soon as the food arrived, I sensed we were in trouble. The corned beef on the Reuben was nearly all fat, and my friend’s chicken tenders were so overcooked and dry that she needed a steak knife to cut them. The steak and cheese sub was dripping with grease, necessitating a napkin to soak it up. After just one bite of my sandwich and a taste of the chicken tender, we decided to summon the indifferent bartender. We explained our issues with the Reuben and chicken fingers and stated that we didn’t want anything else. We asked her to take both dishes back to the kitchen. However, she didn’t even bother to offer us another drink and simply brought the bill to my husband. He paid it politely, but when I asked to see it while she ran his card, I noticed that neither of the meals was removed from the bill. I asked her if she intended to take the food off the bill, and she bluntly said no. Not wanting to escalate things further, we chose to leave without causing a scene."
