"In meinen jüngeren Jahren, jeden Freitag oder Samstag, dort verbracht. Ich war seit 20 Jahren nicht mehr dort. Sie haben renoviert und es heller gestaltet. Es schaut angenehm aus. Die Besitzer sind noch dieselben, in einem freundlichem Ambiente. Das Essen ist toll und preiswert. Die Musik war super. Es war ein toller Abend. "Sehr enttäuschend! Wir haben zwei Stunden auf unser Essen gewartet, nur um dann zu erfahren, dass die Bestellung storniert wurde. Dreimal haben wir angerufen, um nach dem Lieferstatus zu fragen. Beim ersten Anruf wurde uns gesagt, es würde 30 Minuten dauern. Später wurde behauptet, wir hätten angeblich „getaxt“, obwohl wir online bestellt haben. Der Chef war dazu noch sehr unfreundlich. Zu allem Überfluss wurde die Bestellung letztendlich zurückgezogen, weil wir nur mit Karte und nicht mit Bargeld zahlen konnten. Uns war nicht klar, dass Kartenzahlung nicht möglich ist, da auf der Website stand, dass man kontaktlos zahlen kann. Der Lieferant meinte dann, wir hätten angeben sollen, dass wir mit Karte zahlen wollen. Es war jedoch während der Online-Bestellung keine Möglichkeit, zwischen Bar- oder Kartenzahlung zu wählen. Zwei Stunden Wartezeit für nichts – das war wirklich ärgerlich!"

"we were eating here on a Saturday evening as we did not get any more space in other restaurants. here were only 2 tables occupied, the rest was free - a good or bad sign?!? We were received at entering friendly, although the load on the first impression made more of a mix of snacks and burgerladen and so was it. there are no proper menus, but only the foldable little ones lying on the table. the cola gave it out of bottles with straw, so without glasses. in the local it was quite cold and to pay you to the cash. By the way, EC cards are not accepted, only cash payment. the burgers and supplements were freshly prepared. the Vegie-variant falafelburger did not taste me. in my eyes fit falafel and burger not together.The chili cheese burger has tasted my friend well."

"Il Rilasso would like to be an upscale restaurant. The prices hold this, the taste is rather boring. The map offers a normally good selection, even if it is quite fishy. Currently there is a reduced card because of Corona. Unfortunately, there is no info on this website. The food is fine but also no longer, unfortunately the portions are moderate. Eating was very good. but the service was a pure catastrophe. we had to wait for so long drinks. no mayo. came only when we were ready to eat. my friend was waiting for us for 45 minutes. no apologies from the service . the waitresses stand inside on the counter and silly with each other. of the waiter we were assured that we had 4 drinks on the house as apologise, but when the bill came and we talked about it, he knew nothing more"
