"My wife and I had received a voucher from our group of friends for the Fabbrica Hattingen we received on 30. December 2018 at a brunch. The way to Fabbrica was from our home in about 25 minutes. The building is a bit hidden in Hattingen and is an old station building, but it sprays a pleasant charm. After our entry we were greeted by an employee and forwarded to the next colleagues to receive the reservations. Since we had reserved a table for 2 people at 11:30, we were led to a table near the entrance. Unfortunately, it moved strongly through the constantly opening entrance door, so we asked for another table. Without a big swamp we were led to the back of the restaurant and could take place at a table for four people. The way there led us past the rich buffet. One could see that the empty food containers were filled up by the employees at short notice. Even the back room was, like the front, quite large and very high from the ceiling. The ambience is painted in covered colours. However, it was possible to look at the building for the years, although it was widespread. Parts of the missing ceiling stucco were covered. Despite the many white rectangles like overbrushed pictures, the room was very cozy so that you would like to stay longer. The restaurant was well visited and despite the many voices in the room it was not loud so that you could normally speak. On the tables there was a small Christmas table decoration. Otherwise, the ambiance seemed more like a kind of student pub, but overall fitting and harmonious. The term student pub is not intended to be a depreciation, but to highlight the cosiness in the restaurant. We were told how to make the brunch and we ordered a latte Macchiato and a milk coffee. Then we went on the way to the buffet. The previously empty containers were refilled and we could go to work. First something for breakfast: big rolls, bread, butter, sausage, cheese etc. It is best to see on the website because there are all foods listed for brunch. In addition, we ordered in the kitchen (this is open in this case) two freshly prepared stirrers with bacon or tomatoes, paprika and bacon. A very large part was handed over to us after graduation. So we went on our way to our table. The coffee came after a short waiting period. The individual ingredients of our first equipment tasted very well and we could enjoy our brunch and relax. The freshly prepared stirrer was well seasoned and harmonious in itself. The part was very big, so you could get tired of it alone. Gang no. 2 was dedicated to lunch. In Bain Marie there were various varieties of pizza slices, pastage dressing and other delicious dishes. I kept it classic with a piece of pizza Margherita and pizza salami and Tortellini al forno. My wife reads more to die more food like smoked salmon, caprese, etc. The Tortellini al forno had a normal taste very often encountered on such buffets. The pizza bag could be cost. Thin ground, tasty cover, if I hadn't been tired, I would have stayed on him for a long time. At the end the dessert came to the third stage. My wife and I chose Panna Cotta and Tiramisu from the Reic offer. And we can say: it was the absolutely right choice. The Panna Cotta had the typical taste you expect when you know it. The Tiramisu. Both sides rounded off the brunch. We ordered another Latte Macchiato, a milk coffee and a still water. We liked it very well, so we decided to go to a cozy dinner and dinate from the rich card. For a cozy time, even with friends, the Fabbrica Hattingen is definitely recommended.
