"We sold our property known as Singing Tree Acres next to the gas station which is now called the Woodland Reserve by Tripoint Homes. When we sold I was led (more like mislead) to believe that the City of Kirkland was going to preserve all of the beautiful trees on the four acres especially the cedar trees bordering the front of the property. The trees were beautiful. Anyway. We return to the area to see how our family property has changed then we order our food (takeout) at Plaza Garcia. I used to order our takeout at the register and wait for my order but I have been ordering takeout online via their website at [hidden link] which is more efficient as the pick up time is as soon as possible. As soon as you submit your order online the system shows you on the top how many minutes the order will be ready. Last time I ordered my takeout order was ready in 14 minutes. My partner ordered the three enchilada combination and I ordered the two enchiladas and one taco or bean tostada combination the last time we went. For mine I ate half of it and finished the other half the next day. The portion is huge. The quality is good. Very flavorful and fresh. Due to inflation, their prices have increased which they do not have any control over. The customer service person at the register was nice. I highly recommend."

"We love Bottle Bull. One of our favorite restaurants in Kirkland. Just a bit disappointed this time with our Crab Wild Prawn Risotto. The menu description indicates it has Carnaroli Rice and Parmesan Cream. There was no mention of the Risotto being spicy, and most risottos are not. The person who ordered the Risotto is sensitive to spice. Only after mentioning this to our server (who was wonderful) did she check with the kitchen and confirm that the Risotto contained chiles."

"Their menu is good, but has remained essentially unchanged for over a decade. Fortunately they offer a couple of seasonal specials, such as the scallop and clam special with saffron cream sauce, broccolini, and fingerling potatoes. Scallops were cooked well, sauce was very. tasty if a bit overseasoned but . not too salty to enjoy. The Manilla clams were.. . good, but not exceptional. Noise level in the restaurant was better than usual because we were at the table in the southeast corner, and dining room was not completely full. Service was competent. Have dined there many times pre pandemic and will continue in the future."

"Our first time trying this chain new to our state, and my husband and I were blown away. A Monday early afternoon was well staffed, self-order kiosks that are updated to reflect supply, very clean (including bathrooms) and has a chill modern atmosphere. Vegetarian options and dairy-free shakes as well. We ordered the Shack Stack, ShackBurger with bacon and onions, Hot Chicken sandwich, spicy fries and Oreo funnel cake shake. The Shack Stack was excellent, but don’t expect it to be like a mushroom Swiss. It’s very unique, and the portobello was fried beautifully with a lovely cheese pull. It’s a very good non-traditional burger. The ShackBurger was delicious with beautiful caramelization on the beef which was cooked to a perfect medium. I usually forget to take photos before digging in, but this burger was too pristine to rush into. It’s the burger on the billboard ads, but nobody sat on this one. All the food was like this, but this is the only picture I took. The Hot Chicken sandwich was another level of chicken sandwich. Crispy, juicy, well seasoned fried chicken breast with flavorful toppings had us almost fighting over it although we ordered it to share. The spicy fries were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside with truly spicy seasoning. The fries with more seasoning are nicely tamed with ranch and ketchup complemented the less spiced ones. Finally, the shake was not your average fast food shake. Tasted like real chocolate ice cream, not chocolate syrup, and was very creamy and delicious and somehow didn’t feel as heavy as most shakes I’ve had. We will definitely return to try more menu items and especially to try the dragonfruit lemonade they were out of. The ultimate test of fast food is always its consistency, so I truly hope I won’t need to edit this review."

"Oven Baked Spaghetti (meatballs added) The entree arrives hot out of the oven, with the ceramic dish bubbling with fat and sauce. The highlight is definitely the cheesy crust over the top, which tasted good. However, the meatballs were nothing special--just balled-up ground meat with light seasoning that you can barely taste. The spaghetti portion of the dish was reminiscent of Chef Boyardee, which was okay, I guess. However, the Oven Baked Spaghetti gave off an interesting smell that I wasn't sure how I felt about. So, the million-dollar question: would I take this home and finish it? Probably not. It wasn't spectacular like pasta dishes you'd find in Italian joints down in Florida or on the East Coast, for that matter. Overall, it was just okay."

Even though I arrived with the Open light sign still turned on, the staff refused to allow me to get just one product from the shelf, pay and leave.Note: The store still had several people shopping and the cashier line was empty.I often shop at this place for my home country goods for a considerable amount of time and never had a bad experience like this. Today, it was so awful and frustrating that I decide not to come back.Joao and Rose, I see similar reviews with bad experience as mine in here. A suggestion that I have for you to not loose more clients due to the same issue is to direct your staff to allow people to be served for shelve only products until 2:05pm (or 5 mins after closing in general)."

"I have visited this place multiple times, usually a pleasant experience, but this time they decided to require special specific documents from my guest that were traveling from abroad. Even showing their vaccination cards, and their international drive license, they did not accept it, requiring a passport. Driver license with dob and photo, plus vaccination card were not enough for them. So far this was the only place requiring that."

"half restaurant for a company dinner booked and it was a fantastic experience. the owner was very courteous to work with me to create a menu that would match our palette, including the addition of many vegetarian items that are not normally served. French wobbler suppe is absolutely delicious. the lamb escape was perfectly cooked and wished there were more. the rumbrotpudding to finish the meal was a perfect balance of sweet and texture. "I have booked a table 2 weeks in advance to celebrate my baby faithful with a few friends and have a last girl night before I had a second baby. the reservation was for 16 o'clock and we ordered to eat approx. 17 o'clock. at 6:25 a guard came to us and said they needed this table in 10-15 minutes for other people. omg! como reservation rules have mentioned nothing about limited time of the table reservation. as a result I left frustrated and came to home to cry. como ruined my night. eating was 3.5 out of 5. not all tasted good, some things were just okay or good. Dessert menu didn't impress me at all! but they have a very beautiful view and delicious drinks."

They don 't even fill the cones up much unless you pay extra. I don 't see why people support this type of business. Is the ice cream good? Yes, but is it really any better than what you could buy from a store bought tub? No. Also, when I say is it good ice cream? It 's not hard to make ice cream good, so it 's literally nothing special, just overpriced ice cream shop experience. Salt and Straw is okay, but it 's overrated, and most of their flavors are not very good. There is a reason they 're constantly changing the flavors because they don 't know how to make great flavors. I 'm not impressed by this business, and I don 't understand why my gf likes this place, but that 's life. The free samples are nice, though, but every ice cream shop does this, so it 's not a big deal."

"The guy working on 8/19 in the afternoon around 6pm, wearing a mask, on cash was extremely rude and unprofessional. He was annoyed before I even got to order. I asked for the most simple drink ever; 12oz hot latte. POS requires a lot of mental stimulation and can be draining but never an excuse to ruin someone’s experience. "I'm a big fan of Persian food since they have an abundance of grilled meat dishes with rice. The location in Kirkland is great. Parking is available in the back or across the street. We went on a Sunday for lunch and the place was nearly full, a good sign. An empty restaurant means it's not good. We were seated and attentively greeted by our server. I ordered the shishlik and my girlfriend ordered the soltani. Here's where there was an issue. Normally you receive lavash or some other bread along with basil. We received neither. When we asked we were told it is available at extra cost. All the other Persian restaurants in the area provide this, so it is strange for them not to provide this on a complimentary basis. I do understand that the business needs to make a profit, but why not provide this and increase your price. Lavash and basil cannot be very expensive. The food was served and it was very good. My lamb was seasoned and cooked well and very tender. The soltani was equally as good, Another issue was with the server. She was not very friendly and seemed to not be enthused about being there. Overall, a decent place. However, for the price, I'll probably go elsewhere."

"I have ordered take away from Sitar many times but yesterday I had a dining-in experience and was so impressed. Always a fan of their food but yesterday I was floored with their hospitality too. We were too close to the last order cut off so we placed the order via phone while on the move and food was served hot promptly when we reached. They served us very well and showed lot of warmth. Wonderful hosts and it was a perfect memory for our friend who was visiting us from CA. Thank you Team Sitar. Onward and upward to you."
