"As far as Chick-fil-A goes, this is one if the best. The restaurant is set up like a cafeteria line, where you choose your sandwich and fries (which are always full) and help yourself to drinks and condiments. It moves fast and stays busy at lunchtime. Because it's in the RSA Tower building it's only open for breakfast and lunch in weekdays. Parking is a huge pain. Your best bet is a metered spot on the street. The limited parking in the basement under the building is mostly reserved for the bank."

"I had been here once before to dine in and had a pleasant experience, but I think this place lost any future business from me tonight. I placed an online order for pickup for 1 medium pizza and 2 orders of wings. My confirmation email said it would be ready in an hour! Well, I showed up at the appointed time and had to sit and wait in my car for another half hour before they finally brought my food out. Ridiculous! I should've gotten my food for free at that point! Plus, when I got home, I found out they messed up my pizza order. ‍‍"

"We arrived here a few minutes after opening. We had a party of 7 and waited until they put the tables together. Once seated, our waitress took drink orders, delivered those and gave us a few minutes to decide on entrees. I didn't catch her name but she was very attentive/helpful. I want to say it was a manager who helped her deliver food to the table and checked on us throughout our dining experience. I ordered a medium well Ribeye and loaded baked potato but added the Brussels Sprouts as an additional side. The overall meal was pretty good. There wasn't a long wait for all of the food to be delivered to the table. Those who had salads had time to enjoy those before other food arrived. I think we all enjoyed our meals and the overall atmosphere of the restaurant."

"Rice was burnt and crunchy. Steak was more than rare and chewy. Not sure what’s up with their Coke machine, but the Coke and Dr. Pepper tasted horrible. They tasted like all the different flavors mixed together. Then, we had a coupon and the server told us we couldn’t use it, but her explanation as to why didn’t add up. So, to ensure she wasn’t mistaken, I asked to speak to the manager so he could explain it to me. And, I know, it’s become such a thing when someone asks to speak to the manager, but, in the end, the server was wrong. The manager very gladly discounted our check. From that point forward, the server had an attitude. She didn’t even say thank you when she handed me my change. Chili’s in Montgomery, Al. has not, and will never, change."

"On arrival the hostess greeted us nicely and seated us promptly. Waiter was slow coming but was friendly, took and drink orders and returned shortly with our drinks. Never saw him again. After 45 minutes and having no one come to our table, we checked with hostess on what was happening. She checked and food arrived shortly. I order Caesar salad and the salad was absolutely floating in dressing. Really. It was saturated to the point I couldn’t eat it. I know restaurants are having tough times. Food costs and staffing. But the restaurant was maybe 20% full. A formula of high prices and very poor service has predictable results. I doubt this Outback will survive the recession."

"Very good food. We were two couples just having a nice dinner together. Our waitress was very good. My only complaint was the hostess tried to seat us at a table for 4 by the hostess station which is right by the door to come into the restaurant. We asked for a different table....and they accommodated us. We did have reservations and from what I understand, that table was assigned to us when we made our reservation. Thank goodness we could get a different table. The proximity of tables in this restaurant are very, very close to each other."

My bill was $155.00 I expect spending that kind of money for 2 people to have dinner you would have exceptional service. I asked for 2 to go boxes for our seafood platters we had over half of both of them to take home. She took one of the platters from the table and threw in the trash $40 seafood platter). I live in Atlanta and took my dad here for a nice dinner needless to say the service was so bad I don't care how good the food was we won't be visiting again."

"I have passed by this restaurant multiple times and it looks empty and closed. But my friends took me here around 5pm and the parking lot was half full. Once I walked in I was amazed at the old architecture and its beauty. Scott, our waiter showed us our table (6 people) and he was excellent throughout our meal. I had the steak and some had fish, very fresh fish as it's delivered it multiple varieties from the gulf daily. What a hidden gem on the outskirts of East Chase. Again Scott was excellent and knowledgeable of the menu and wine list! My friends and I will be going again. Thanks"

"our first time here and really enjoyed it. there were not so many people, but a good little lunch. when we entered, their health score was next to the Hostess stand and was a 74. we sat immediately and served drinks in five minutes. we ordered two garne stews, one with coleslaw the other with French fries. the fried garnelen was absolutely delicious! they were very nice big and crispy. the cocktail went with him very well by adding a light spicy. we also got the baked oysters with speck, cheese and jalapeños. when it first tried to taste baked oysters, they were really good. our food came to us in about 20 minutes. we enjoyed everything on our plate again!"

"Great neighborhood bar and barbecue. Comfortable atmosphere, clean bar, clean food prep area. The toilets are clean. People are friendly and welcoming. There are 3 pool tables, dart board games, jukebox and room enough to dance when the feeling meets you! We had a grilled chicken salad, a cheeseburger with frits and the Mac and cheeseballs. They were all very tasty. The Cheeseburger was juicy and they used a beautiful soft bungalow. Would recommend a visit if you are in the area!"
