"This place, located close to the station, only has a handful of tables since it caters mostly for the take away trade. The owner told me it's only been open for six months. Their sushi menu is extensive and expensive, but that's Switzerland! Of the...30 ish varieties, I tried eel nigiri (fish a bit dry), sea urchin gukan and flying fish caviare gukan (both perfect). I also had excellent salmon sashimi, the fish had just the right amount of rich, creamy fat and was perfectly cut. Unfortunately I found a hair in the grated daikon, but only after I'd finished everything else. Accidents happen. Seaweed salad was tart and aromatic, and the miso soup a bit bland but refreshing. With complimentary green tea the meal came to CHF42. The owner kept asking me how I'd found the sushi, and was very friendly in a dignified way. They also make various chicken and teriyaki dishes, with some lunch specials around CHF15 20. And they sell china, pot noodles, loose tea, and soft drinks. My average rating may be a little harsh as they might fare better compared strictly to similar Swiss establishments, they certainly try hard for variety."
