Back again, and always like! The service is absolutely professional and friendly. ENGLISH: I celebrated my 50th anniversary. Birthday with family and friends in the timepiece restaurant in Pulheim and it was great! The atmosphere was really very welcoming and every dinner... starting with the waiter recommended appetizer through the main meal and dessert were delicious. Yes, there was a little time to wait for the main meal, but all the foods are prepared and freshly cooked. The service was friendly and Habib I hope I have written his name correctly the head waiter, included a birthday surprise with a record of sorted desserts and sparkles burning and sparkling up. I would definitely return to this restaurant for any solemn occasion with family and friends as well as another time in the future, because it is quite easy to enjoy the evening at the timepiece restaurant in Pulham!"

"Wir waren Samstag Abend gegen 18:00 hier aufgeschlagen. Neben einer Gesellschaft im Nachbarsaal war erst ein Tisch besetzt. Die erste Runde Getränke war schnell serviert, dabei kam auch die Bemerkung, dass das Essen wegen der Gesellschaft heute etwas länger dauern könnte. Nach ca 15 Minuten wollten wir dann auch Essen und eine zweite Runde Getränke bestellen. Trotz mehrfachen Bemühungen dauerte es noch mal 15 Minuten, bis wir wieder bedient wurden. Man nahm unsere Getränkebestellung auf und ließ uns dann, jetzt also nach über einer halben Stunde im Restaurant, wissen, dass es heute gar kein Essen mehr geben werde. Wie man an einem Samstag Abend mit geplanter Gesellschaft überfordert sein kann, den ansonsten erst zweiten Gästen des Abends ein Essen zu servieren, ist mir unbegreiflich. Dann sollen sie bitte einen Anschlag draußen machen und uns nicht ein halbe Stunde vergeblich rumsitzen lassen."

"To be honest, I cannot understand the euphoria of some guests, and I would like to join the overall evaluation of Nicole W. In particular, I see the review for pizza absolutely accurate. Better dough would make the pizza good. Order something again and again. You're kind and trying, but the food is nothing special. Some things are simply sweet and not worthy of a real Italian. I ordered Spaghetti Carbonara to pick up yesterday and was very amazed at what I have. The spaghetti were drowned in too much cream. From Parmesan cheese it was almost impossible to taste, and instead of fried bacon there were some cooking ham that were probably intended for a pizza. Tastefully extremely boring and far too powerful. If it should go fast or we don't want to drive far, surely an alternative. The staff is friendly and pick-up times are always maintained. But the kitchen has air."

"After Corona is in front of service... How many other fast food chains can you order here on the monitor. No more service from the staff when ordering. And here lies the rabbit buried: There are only ZWEI order terminals in KFC Pulheim. Too little. There are other chains working with four or more terminals. The output of the food is incomprehensible with the pick-up number. If the employee wears mask and the background sound is quite loud by the guests, do not hear his number. There is a monitor showing the current condition of the order in preparation and ready to pick up. Another monitor that can also be seen from the outside is completely missing. Prices have risen in the current situation. But the offer was reduced throughout Germany. So there are no more my beloved sharp chicken parts. Also the offer of drinks has not been extended. If you have the new drink dispensers after the renovation, the choice of flavors like cherry in Cola is not possible. However, other branches offer this.
