"Wive heard through her network that Penny's was a very good breakfast/lunch restaurant. So, like any good husband we went the first chance we could go. As soon as we pulled up to the place people were waiting outside the door to get in. Im really not one to wait more than 30 mins for breakfast but it being Valentine's day we did. As far as breakfast are concerned, its hard to get a 5 star rating IMO. Eggs are eggs. Bacon is bacon. toast is toast. That were Penny's is above and beyond that. The staff was incredibly busy yet had time to ask us how was our day going , smiled and expeditiously took our order and got it into an under staffed kitchen. Our breakfast came out perfect! Give this place a try and dont worry about the beait time."

"First our server was great. I have to start writing server names so I can remember when I evaluate. But we had a reservation from 6:00 on Monday night (10/30) and had the wide table, as in a small room for themselves, somehow. Next, the food. It was incredible. Every article we ordered was delicious. I tasted all the appetizers and entrees. I had the spaghetti Carbonara, and it was shocked full of meat, was so delicious. I need to be happy tonight. Good bread, with wonderful garlic herbal tea diving oil. Men loved their shells. Osso Bucco meat was very delicate and the tomato sauce was thick, dark red and full of taste. Even our wine was good. We will return and I have already recommended it to others."

"We had a party of 13 and it was seamless for server and kitchen! Service was up!! from the time we went until we left, it was exactly what you want friendly, polite, informative and attentive! Food was absolutely amazing! The Devil's eggs could easily be a duck for me! I believe with 13 people we loved most of the entrees and everyone loved them! I had the scallops with Jalapeño-Creme mais and will be back for a round of two! The atmosphere was perfect, what a great place for a group or couple! Can't wait back!"

"I just went there after years of not going I know it under new owners. so I ordered the pesto pizza with chicken and baconthat was very bland, no taste. Need to add seasoning to chicken or seasoning to anything to taste great. Loved it before I know it's possible."

"We were not a while and went with friends who suggested and made reservations. There were 7 of us and our server whose name I consider Sherri was excellent. Has everyone taken his order to write everything and everything came out perfectly to not mention that the restaurant gives a bogo for the summer. Very recommended."

"The food was great and our waitress awesome. Pizza was hot and prepared and cooked to perfection. Same for the couple with us. Would be a 5 if not for the problem at the front counter.When we walked in to be seated, a man was questioning two waitresses standing to the left of the check in counter. The man (dark hair and beard) was a restaurant employee (went back to work the oven) but it was very evident with his questioning and demeanor, it was but a favorable conversation and the 2 waitresses were upset.Problems within the staff should not be addressed at the front counter. Very uncomfortable to us to witness this as we walked in the door."

"The food was outstanding, if a bit rich. Entrees are in the $28-$45 range. The Patricia Dean trio was excellent. The noise level was low so the jazz ensemble was easy to hear. The only complaint we had was cold coffee."

I ordered 2 simple tacos and 2 hours later I have no food yet, ask the waitress about it and her answer is that you 't brought your food? I will never order food from them again."

"Went here for dinner with family and really enjoyed it. The food was good, the band was loud, the waitress was friendly and the overall atmosphere of the place was upbeat. We sat outside under the covered area where the band is playing, over by a bar, but they also have indoor seating as well."

"I first tried this store when my closest usual asin cuisine stopped giving the door dash discount. I wasn apos;t familiar with this one, but it is my new favorite. My go to sesame chicken is excllent, the combo comes with egg roll pork fried rice. Great taste, excellent portions, in my opinion they best egg rolls around. I order extra every time. Plenty of sauce included, good since there is no option to request this when ordering. I have had the pepper steak, also great, pieces of beef a little too large but easily remedied with a steak knife. My only complaint was with the ribs, tried that one time will not again, the meat was dry , hard tasteless. Overall high rating. Contact dasher for chop sticks if you dont have your own, not sutomatically included, but fortune cookies are."

"Ordered my norm, footlong spicy Italian. Not sure if the employee was new, but the bread was cut completely wrong. Only a sliver of bread on the top half. When I got home to eat the sub the whole thing fell apart with everything falling out of it. Verydisappointed as I've ate here before without any problems."

"Loved this place when we visited last year, so we brought some friends to enjoy. Chef Kerrie still rocks ingenious food. Gator is by far our favorite choice, it is tender and juicy unlike any Gator I've ever had. Doesn't know what meat cut it is, but it is definitely not what everyone else uses, that is so hard and chew. Your Gator is delicate on the bite and actually juicy. The best I ever had. Flounder was very fresh and tasty, hush puppies great as always, like the shrimps. The pig is also great, but what makes it all apart are the house made sauces from Orange Marmelade Gator sauce, all BBQ sauces to blue cheese dressing for the salad. Chef Kerrie really has a passion for good food and rocks the kitchen completely alone. We were 18 and they served 2 when we had set ourselves. We had our food within 20 minutes, but the appetizer came in about 5 minutes, so we could sit and enjoy while we spoke. This is a very cool place with a great atmosphere. It is a GEM in the midst of cow pastures and swampland. Very recommended for their seafood as well as their BBQ. I can only say Rock On Chef Kerrie!"

"Perfectly cooked huge piece (8 oz) of cod with the thinnest dusting of batter. Friendly waitress. Quiet location. It's hard to see from the road as there is no large sign. But it is on the south end of the plaza. Well worth the trip. We will be back soon."

"While ordering at the drive-thru, the girl taking the order began making rude comments while I was ordering. It almost seemed as if she thought her microphone was off but I could clearly hear her. She did it several times. Then to top it all off, it tookwell over 15 minutes to get our food that was cold. We asked if we could get hot fries and the same girl with the microphonesaid no that they were closed. I have no idea where management was. Behavior like this is a direct result of the lack ofmanagement and or leadership in that restaurant. Too bad. There are too many places that respect their customers to ever have tocome back to this place and be disrespected."

"Hidden gem serving breakfast until closing and lunch. Staff was friendly and attentive. I had a old favorite that my Mom used to make-dill pickle soup. Delicious! Also ordered the two portabella mushrooms stuffed with roasted garlic, tomatoes, and mozzarella. My husband ordered and enjoyed the goulash soup and the Bernard, or reuben sandwich. Looking forward to going back to enjoy something from the extensive breakfast menu. PS love the old fashioned brick alley with the archway, or bower, of flowering greenery right near Bella Bistro."

"Avoid this restaurant at all costs. The chips and salsa were disappointing, with the salsa tasting like pure tomato sauce. The cheese dip tasted like soap after being microwaved, and the rice was overcooked and had a foam-like texture. I do not recommend visiting this place."

"The business is booming. I'm here at noon. Working. Wait at 15. The seat near the edge of the water found. Big daughter loved it. The day was cloudy, but nice. The order was fast, but the food talks were a little longer because they were busy. We only enjoyed the view of the water. My wife had coconut shrimp basket, I had grouping basket and my granddaughter had kids meal grouping small basket. The food was great. Could have used a little more spices. We had a great time there and then we left the shops nearby. Very recommended!"
