"Verified 14. 17.06.2020 in 2 visits also as house guests: steak with red wine onions (13.80 and Höllisch Gut em Flamekuchen (9.20€ attractively different from average). The antipasti plate (8, € individual, lasagna (11,90€ tasty and the daily scales at 4,20€ are also recommended! Vegefeuer? Yes, this spirit is written! The tempting mixture is offered for 4, €/2cl; Beer, water and other snacks are about 2, less in the normal price range. It is served by boss or angels, as we were allowed to read on the invoice during the first visit. After studying the small card with flame-cake, meat, pasta dishes and Mediterranean snacks as well as a stunning fresh knobid flot in the restaurant was clear, here we have to go to dinner again! Strong saturation supplements and spices etc. are not found on the map! The guest room offers smiling corners and larger tables in several levels. It is great to screw up without eating or to meet for intimate communication. Operation(s young, simple and uncomplicated friendly cheerful; Cook humorously open and subdued. Intro with a crunchy gray burgundy 0,2l 4,90€ and Pils 0,3l 2,50€. Good that we had ordered, the seats are booked! We start with an antipasti plate (8,90€ : dried tomatoes, peppers, mushrooms, olives, frozen. Peperoni, Knobi as well as bread and Quarkdip are tasty and a hearty percussion opener come for things. Toscana with tomato pulp, salami, mushrooms, pesto, cheese and olives are very thin, rather classic, but really delicious balanced and very well made. It is quite good with nothing: Grape, Peperoni, cheese, onions and garlic of this garlic! Simply lasting intensively in the combination of Oberlecker. The above-described schnapps behind or resin-typical firestone of the evening has succeeded! All about satisfied and otherwise recommended. Errors can hardly be done here (unless the standard program of the indivisible East Classics is expected. So, don't forget to go and try calf fire!"

"After the break in Thale for lunch, the first evening in Quedlinburg was a little more culinary. A walk through the picturesque medieval old town led us to Mom's Burger. A shop that supposedly bakes its bread rolls and places regional meat from a farm from the area. Although we were good at opening hours, we had no luck. Due to the quiet evening the grill was already switched off in Burger-Bistro. ****! The funeral had to be postponed. Then just a few steps further to the Lüdde brewhouse, which was placed even more at TA. But the bear danced. After all, all the hard-working operators and the air that was distorted by the blissful hectic and the fall ignored us, we also left this Quedlinburgian opportunity to return unjustified things. Already on the way there a sign showed us the way through a small alley to a tapas square called "Del Quixote". All good would be three. So we started another attempt. We went along the Wordgasse and went to the Bunten Hof am Standbau, a publicly listed semi-detached house in which the Fachwerkmuseum Quedlinburg is housed. The strikingly illuminated sculpture of the “ritter from the sad form” by Quedlinburg’s character artist Jochen Müller sat on a wheel deflector (prellstein in front of the gate and clearly pointed out where our culinary journey should go tonight, namely in the court of the jewel. The Don Quixote sculpture by Jochen Müller There was the Andalusian restaurant on the right side on the ground floor of the beautifully renovated house. The remains of a Christmas canal were still present, including pavilion and light chains. Under the name “Spanischer Hof Nr. 11”, Spanish delicacies were presented here at the first, second and third Advent weekends as part of the “Advent in den Höfen”. The remains of the pre-Christmas period... We looked through the windows from outside into the cosy guest room and were disappointed because all the seats were occupied. Go inside and ask nothing, so we've got a last run. Only when we closed the door behind us, an older couple got into the rear corner to leave the place after dinner. There was fast demand and dedication. The owner and service manager Ulrike Lavilla Muriel, whose sympathetic way was very welcome to us, immediately ensured a clean table. Since May 2016, together with her husband Manuel, she has managed the small, somewhat hidden place in the old town of Quedlinburg. The trained hotel specialist Manuel takes care of the preparation of food in the kitchen. Its kitchen is clearly oriented towards its Andalusian roots. After the homepage, it was the traditional dishes of his two grandmothers who lured him to the stove. Now my relationship with the Spanish competitions has cooled somewhat in recent years. I used to have access to the restaurant “Las Tapas” in Germersheim. After various visits in Spain and Mallorca, the German-speaking Preziosen offered from the small clay bowls there is clearly lost in the attraction. Who once shared some tapas or raciones in the El Tapas de Flanigan in Palma de Mallorca knows what I am talking about. I sat right in front of the lushly filled vineyard and looked at a wide range of reservoirs and Gran Reservas from various Spanish cultivation areas (Navarra, Valdepeñas, etc.). The estimated thirty-person dining room seemed a bit swung together, but had its charm. Bright wood not only found in the bare table tops, but also on the wall cladding, space-dividing beams and the floor. A slightly elevated part of the guest room was reached on the front side over a few steps, which was partly limited by a plaster lined with wooden planks. From the ceiling, improbably grazing hanging lights circle around their surroundings in quite pleasant light. On the other hand, I stared at a large-format wallposter that she wanted to bring me Spanish culture in word and image. 1 The small tapas card, with beautiful illustrations by Jochen Müller, his character diploma metal designer and well-known Quedlinburger figure and sculpture artist, for folding, only listed four cold and nine warm little dishes of Andalusian origin. A mixed tapas plate for two people (32.50 euros was also offered in a purely vegetarian variant. In addition, some classics from the southern part of Spain were offered. Alboronia, a vegetarian stew from Andalusia, tasty rabbit lobe and sworn pigs in PX sauce were for just under 20 euros. An easy-to-understand and therefore all-sympathetic offer of treats that nevertheless led us to make decisions. A freshly tapped San Miguel from the barrel (0.4 l for 3.90 euros and a bottle of mineral water (4.90 euros) made the evening thirst a bad end. To St. Michael in honor of Me it had done the Carne al Diablo (6.90 euros, cooked in the oven pieces of the pork neck with sharp sauce and runner potatoes. Also, I could not resist the chicken breast fillet marinated in vinegar, cumin and laurel (5.90 euros), fried in olive oil and served with red mojo picon sauce. My wife, on the other hand, opted for the Schmor-Champignons (4.90 euros and the said Alboronia, but in the tapas version for 5.90 euros. Half a Ciabatta bread (1.90 Euro to Sauce Tunken was ordered in advance. The small dishes in dark bowls at the same time served as the task of the finished products. A fact that has overtaken me a little bit about the recent convenience experiences in the former Germersheimer Stamm-Tapa-Lokal. The sauces tasted like professional craftsmanship, which made themselves felt particularly in my wonderfully merciful pig neck. Together with the potatoes cooked in salt water, this was an extremely tasty dish that could awaken Mediterranean feelings in the middle of the cold Quedlinburg winter. The Carne al Diablo My wife was completely away from the champignons they enjoyed as a professing sherrytant. No drops of mushrooms were refined with garlic and chili, thanks to Ciabatta. Sherry-Champignons Also the veggie stew from zucchini, eggplants, pumpkin, chickpeas and tomatoes was excellent. No wonder about the ingredients! The Andalusian Veggie stew The sour, crispy roasted chicken breast fillet – a kind of Andalusian chicken nuggets – fits perfectly with the spicy mojo sauce delivered separately in the bowl. From taste the juicy chicken parts gave for comparison with the Asian Tamarind aroma. In combination with the Mojo Picón, this was the result of an epic-saure palate task that I built with Inbrunst. The Spanish Chicken Nuggets To Dessert we had two sherrys from Pedro Ximenez white wine. The fact that a “Peter Siemens” can bring a tapas selection to a worthy conclusion is not only known by the Weser. Thus, the first evening in Quedlinburg, which began a little bumpy in gastronomic terms, had found a very tasty end. Continued:"

"Verified on 16.06.2020 dinner with Balkan plate, the eggs serving Po Ofscharki very good! The cosmopolitan clause in the old town of Quedlinburg presents itself somewhat inconspicuous and with a slight understate somewhat from the tourist center. Urdeutsch, however, lies behind this address also the tradition of the socialist states of the Balkans/Bulgaria. Sounds interesting and together with the recommendation of our hotel hostess we go to a clear statement and commitment to mass and quality. It is sturdy and functional on a master draws huge and well-filled, good-looking panels through the room. We get a central smaller table it was the last free in the classic good-bourgeois and wood-warm restaurant... Welcome card drinks ask everything outdated and friendly. The boss shapes the image of the remaining staff more and without procura... A bottle of delicious white from Saale Unstrut 15,50€ with a large bottle of mineral water 4,50€ make the palate catchy. Later coffee and short drinks usually go under 2, €. After a pleasant waiting period our main dishes reach the classic white table: 2 well roasted Zanderfilets 16, € with salt potatoes, lemon sauce and a mixed salad. A bit that also projected the fish solid and somewhat inconspicuously did not mean negative. For the Balkan Plate 16,50 € there is a little more hunger here: A massive chick tasty with freshly seasoned homemade gypsy sauce with equally solid neck steak and kebab as a mini-racks version with sheep cheese, grill sausage, rice and wort salad. Little filigree, but delicious. Nothing for slenderness, but bourgeoisly recommended. Pre-order recommended."

"General A quirliger (and I think the only Italian in the QLB Old Town. Top location on the market and international labeling is for visitors of all nationalities, so it is also very touristy and sometimes hectic. The first impression was due to the lack of calm and unclear advertising (here it seems to be all! not very positive and yet we trust. The spirit of the cook from the clip on the website, here with South Tyroleans with a classic Italian offer, was not conveyed by hectic and completely German forging operas in the full house. Mass handling? Operation: We were properly served by young ladies; because the areas of responsibility were quite large, we saw our service(s rare and if with a remote view. Drinks, card, order etc. nice but also no longer. There is no connection between guest and service; They remain anonymous and with minimal gastronomic standard. Food: A little sweet and passionate. In the kitchen I could not make (visible Italians). dry bread was served in advance; o.k. Bruschetta Napoletana tomatoes, mozzarella, olives, garlic, basil and origano (4,90€ : A little tacky, soft and oily. Spaghetti alla Carbonara (according to original recipe with bacon, egg and Parmigiano Reggiano (as appetizer 1, €=8,50€): Pretty good part, but mixed with a lot of crumbly crumby egg and so overall a little dry with a limited taste experience. Pizza Quattro Stagioni Tomato sauce, cheese, salami, ham, mushrooms, peppers (8.50€ : homemade dough, but a little thick; the cheese-producing coating very spicy oily and heart-shaped differs tastefully not great from a finished pizza. Filetto di agnello ai ferri lamb fillet from grill, salad additive (15.50€ : dry salad unmarinated with reasonable and tasteful good meat supplement. House wines 1/4l 4,90€ ok; water 1/4l 2,10€; Buckles were forgotten on the bill. Ambience: Eher Cafe/Bistro as a restaurant; Street sales with shop windows also to the locals. Practical, limited cozy and ok. Cleanliness: All right. Price: For bids too expensive. Conclusion: We must not be pampered! middle class/average for better service and kitchen performance; delicious is something else..."

"My mom like so many other moms always told me that if you had nothing good to say, it 'd be best to not say anything at all. I am very tempted to abide by her advice! Alas, doing so would primarily mean that you may end up being an unsuspecting customer of this establishment. Sure, it looks pleasant enough, the location is great, you can sit outside and watch the world go by. All that is great. What 's not great are those burgers. First off, if you are expecting an American burger, this is NOT the right place. There are so many things wrong with what they serve as a burger here that I don 't really know where to start. I 'll give you some lowlights: 1. The patty. They say it 's meat, but I am not altogether sure. It looks like it 's something mixed in with a whole lot of sawdust. It 's also got a rather suspicious red tint to it perhaps from some spice (although, wouldn 't that add some flavor? . Or, perhaps, because the sawdust they use comes from Redwood trees. I 'm tempted to stick with the Redwood theory. Their patty usually consists of a pork/beef mix (plus sawdust? unless you specify otherwise and pay a 1 Euro premium for all beef. 2. The bun. Germans usually know how to bake and that includes anything related to bread. Unfortunately, what you get here is neither here nor there. It looks like a burger bun, but it 's strangely flaky and crumbly. I thought both flavor and texture were, uhm, yuck. 3. The sauce. Lots of sauces can be put on a burger. One, however, should never be put on: The one served at this restaurant. The primary flavor is sweet. It 's like they took a teaspoon of ketchup and added another teaspoon of sugar to it. They describe the sauce as spicy. That must mean it 's spicy to a German palate from the 1950 's because this Yank didn 't detect even the slightest hint of heat. It reminded me of those extra hot salsas you can buy at the grocery stores in Germany. They are about as spicy as ketchup that 's been kept on the same shelf as a jalapeño. The same is true for this concoction. I kept asking myself why they would do something like that but I had an idea (Point #4 . 4. The flavor. A good burger should come together nicely and harmoniously. Ingredients should follow the idea of Gestalt you know: The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. That kind of thing. Here, that is not true. That thing you 're getting is bland aside from the overly sweet sauce that 's once seen a jalapeño on TV. Overall, I would NEVER EVER eat here again. EVER. No. Nope. Not to my liking. Whoever thinks that the food here is akin to an actual burger should seek help. This sandwich is as similar to a US burger as bulgur is part of traditional Thai food. Why not one star? Easy I managed to eat most of it (boy was I hungry! and I did not die. At least not yet. I 've been to places where the latter requirement was for a time questionable..."

"Went out for a spontaneous dinner. While walking around town, we noticed that a lot of restaurants were closed. Theopano happened to be open and there were a handful of people inside seemingly enjoying their experience. So we joined them. The restaurant felt a bit...odd at first because we were basically the only people in our section. However, staff was very friendly and quickly made us feel right at home. The menu is easily navigated and offers something for everyone, including a vegetarian option. We decided on a couple of dishes, were brought some complimentary bread and spread, followed by our beverages. Food arrived reasonably quick. Not too quick where you start to suspect that it's all been sitting in the back and just needed to be reheated. Not too long to make you feel bothered, either. In essence, just perfectly timed. Our dishes looked very appetizing and portions were more than sufficiently large. We took our first bites and were pleasantly surprised by the flavor exactly what we had hoped for. We had a younger child with us who did not want to eat. Staff, however, offered her cake or ice cream (checking with us, of course). She was able to look at all the cakes and then decided on ice cream which was very nicely presented and which she enjoyed tremendously. After we had finished our food, we shared a piece of cake. It was absolutely delicious and we've already made up our minds to stop by one afternoon for some coffee/tea and cake. Overall, a very pleasant and positive experience"
