"Waited 20+ minutes for fries. We asked as soon as we ordered, which we also had to wait for our waiter to be able to do. They finally brought our food. Only one of us had ordered fries. So I finally told the waiter when he came over and said he would get us more fries, that we hadn 't had any so far and that that was why we go to their restaurant. Ya know, ENDLESS FRIES?Before we knew it several staff members were bringing baskets of fries to the table, not necessarily in a friendly way but a passive aggressive kind of way kind of like you wanted fries well here you go. Same with the ranch sauce which we had to also ask for numerous times. I have been to this Red Robin many times and never have had this happen. Tsunami shrimp was a new dish for us to try and it was just so-so. Those that got clucks,fries, and burgers were happy with their choices. I 'm just hoping this was an isolated incident."

"I have been here a few times but hadn't been in a couple of years. Although I don't order sushi, my husband does and loves it here. My chicken and shrimp was delish. Its always been. This time my food was lukewarm but the manager actually noticed my reaction and quickly ask what he could do. He took care of it immediately. Our waitress was great! No doubt we will continue to come back!"

"The food was amazing. Portions are very, very large. The waitress something... not necessarily rude, but was not very friendly. Everything we demanded or needed seemed uncomfortable. The pancakes are HUGE. Definitely recommend getting the short stack. The severity tasted phenomenal, but not as hot as we usually like. The chorizo burrito was large, tasteful and good value. The chicken for the chicken and waffles were absolutely delicious. We didn't get all our food together, and when the chicken and the waffles were there, we were done halfway, but they were worth waiting. Hand-baked perfection."

"I took my mom there for Mothers day and really enjoyed it. We got there early as they were one of the few restaurants that did have reservations. They were all very kind and made us feel welcome. The food was fresh and yummy especially the menudo which was fresh and tasty. My mom made note just how good it was Our waiter was very attentive to our needs ever when they were very busy. The price for the champagne brunch was extremely reasonable considering what you get and the waiter was there to fill the champagne. Overall this was a great experience and made my Mom's day so thank you."

"When we arrived for our reserved time, the hostess explained that they don't honor reservations made on open table during the weekend and that if we wanted to wait it would be hours. It's unacceptable that a restaurant chooses to partner with a serviced like open table and then refuses to honor the reservation made. I will never return to this Famous Dave's, and quite frankly given that it's a chain establishment this experience is enough incentive to avoid all of their locations."

"We are from Ohio, passing through the area and had the opportunity to meet with friends for a evening out. Our host picked here for dinner Friday evening, they were incredibly busy. Waited a little over an hour for a table for 5 but it was worth it. Our service was excellent and the food delicious! Yes a bit on the pricey side but I would go back."

"I had the club sandwich. My friend had the fish and chips. They're very generous with their food. The facility is very nice, clean and has a very good atmosphere. It's a nice place for dinner, but we had lunch there. They have many, many different types of drinks that even have fresh Jamaica that is great because many places do not give refills on agua fesesca.. we had to take a few food home because it was just too much. "First Bad decision was to use this restaurant to make money for a Fundraiser. This restaurant was Not prepared to make money tonight. Their plan included losing money. They accomplished that. We had a Horrible experience. Wait. We did not even eat there. The hostess said it was going to take 10 mins to get to us, just to put our name down (for a 30 min wait). Bad start. You could tell it was a bad situation by the frustrated faces of the customers that were sitting down. They were Stuck there Waiting and Waiting for Service or Food, or Both.We know of at least (3) families who walked in, waited, and left for the same reasons.The Second questionable decision was to use a restaurant in Rancho Cucamonga to support an Upland school Fundraiser.This is all with without even tasting the food.Hopefully those people that were able to be Seated and Finally Served had a decent meal. From what little that we did see being served looked appealing."
